Whatsoever you're feeling in this moment is a-okay.
Getting comfortable,
My friend.
Becoming aware of how you're sat.
You can lie down or sit up.
Close the eyes or leave them open.
Dropping the shoulders.
Relaxing the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
The eyes.
Relaxing the belly,
The legs,
The arms.
Taking a deep breath in.
Take a deep breath out.
Breathing in new life,
New energy.
Exhale,
Let it go.
Breathing into the whole body.
And exhale,
Relaxing the whole body.
Breathing in trust.
And exhale.
Breathing in love for yourself.
And exhale love for life,
Love for others.
Breathing in kindness,
Compassion.
And exit.
Pretty good,

Relaxing the shoulders.
Bringing awareness to your spine.
Breathing energy up the spine.

I want you to visualize your lower body,
Heavy,
Rooted.
Like a tree.
In your upper body.
It's heating up.
Breathing up the spine.
All the way to the top of the head.
And exit.
Becoming aware of awareness.
Witnessing and welcoming the mind as it is,
Emotions as they are.
Any sensations all as welcome as you look inwards.
Letting go of thoughts,
Coming back into the body,
Taking a deep breath in.
Take a deep breath out.
Deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
And be a good man.
Breathing out.
It's becoming a lag.
That you're alive.
We live to see another day,
But it won't always be that way.
Taking one last deep breath for now.
And exhale.
Becoming aware of how you're sat,
Aware of how you feel.

Why is kindness so significant of a thing?
It's not a weakness.
It's not just being nice.
Kindness is about being able to understand your suffering and other people are suffering and we're all struggling and going through things sometimes more than we even realize,
Especially with other people,
We don't even know what they could be going through.
So kindness is about remembering that and just on remembering that,
The way you interact,
The way that you speak,
The way that you do things be different.
