
Love Your Body
Guided meditation practice is one of the more focused ways to truly connect with the inner messages, as well as to fully allow a specific message to be deeply “heard” in the inner self. Your subconscious and your soul will thank you. What you resist, persists! Whether you struggle with a health issue or body image – when you send love to your body, you send healing and change.

So just taking in a nice deep breath and as you exhale,
Just allowing your body to begin to soften and then taking in another nice deep breath and with this exhale,
Just allowing your body to release any tension of the day,
The week,
Just letting go.
And then one more nice deep breath.
And with this exhale,
Just allowing your body to really drift down into the support of the chair or the bed or the couch in which you are resting.
And as your breath takes its natural rhythm,
Just allow yourself to really let go.
Begin to invite the presence of a soft divine light.
Breathing in a golden white light,
Allowing this light to just begin to flow upon you,
Rest upon you and then breathe it into the body.
Allow this light to bathe and soothe every cell in your body,
Allowing it to just bathe away any tension or pressure that it comes to.
And as you notice the relaxation in your body,
Double the relaxation,
Twice as deep now.
And with every breath you exhale,
Just doubling your relaxation,
Allowing the soft light to flow upon the scalp and the forehead and just relaxing the scalp and the forehead,
Allowing it to flow upon the eyebrows and the eyelids,
Just bathing and soothing all of the tiny muscles and nerves around your eyes,
Allowing it to wash through the entire facial structure,
Relaxing your cheeks and your cheekbones,
Letting it flow into the jawbone and just release any tension you might have held in the muscles of the jaw and easily breathe this light into your mind,
Allowing it to lift all of your thoughts upon high and just clear your mind.
Just clearing your mind,
Drifting down even deeper still,
Allowing the soft light to flow into the neck and the shoulders,
Easily dissolving any tension or pressure,
Drifting down,
Deeper relaxed.
Allowing the soft light now to flow in through the top of your head and go all the way down to the tips of your toes,
Sending a nice wave of relaxation through the entire body.
This soft healing light just filling you completely,
Noticing how you relax your arms and your hands,
Noticing the deep relaxation through all of the muscles in your back.
Breathing this light into the heart center,
Letting it flow into the heart and connect with your own inner light and with every heartbeat,
Let this light get a little brighter inside.
Let it fill your entire chest cavity,
Let it flow into all of the internal organs,
Helping your body to operate in perfect harmony and rhythm,
Letting it flow through the hips,
Into the thighs and the knees,
Into the shins and the calves,
Into the ankles and the feet,
Allowing the soft light to just bathe the soles of your feet.
And as this light fills you completely,
Notice that you're becoming more and more relaxed.
And as this light fills you completely,
I will communicate directly with your subconscious mind,
Allowing the subconscious mind to fully and completely connect with the body,
The mind and the spirit.
And as these connections are made in this deep relaxation,
Allow your focus to move to your feet and just allow yourself to send love and light to your feet,
Thanking your feet for the work that they do,
For how they support the body.
When you walk,
When you stand,
When you dance,
Allowing this wondrous light to turn to a golden rose-colored light.
And as the color of this light begins to shift,
So does the energy.
You can feel a deeper sense of love,
Soft golden rose-colored light just filling you completely,
Sending love to your feet and to your ankles.
Sending this love to your shins and your calves,
Allowing this love and this light to envelop your knees.
The knees support such a vital function in the body.
As you bend your legs,
As you walk,
As you dance,
As you run,
As you exercise,
The knees do a lot of work,
Sending them love,
Sending them light,
Allowing the soft light to move to your thighs,
Such a strong part of the body.
Thighs do a lot of work too,
Sending love,
Sending thanks,
Letting love and light fill every cell in the muscles,
The bones,
And the cells throughout the thighs.
Letting this light move to the hips and the buttocks,
Allowing this light to surround the hips,
The lower abdomen,
The buttocks,
The pelvic area.
Letting this love just fill this space where the body hinges,
This part of the body where you sit,
Where you bend,
Where you curl up in your sleep,
Sending love and light.
Now easily breathing this light right into your belly.
Letting this light fill all of your internal organs,
Letting it flow through the lower back muscles,
The stomach muscles,
The digestive system,
All such incredibly vital parts of how the body functions.
This is your core.
The core is one of the most important parts of your entire human function.
It is the primary girdle of your support.
Send a lot of love and light here,
A lot of appreciation and gratitude to this part of your body for how it functions and for how many functions it supports.
Allow this light to move now up through the diaphragm and into the lungs,
Into the heart.
Holding rose-colored light,
Filling your heart and with every heartbeat,
This light just gets a little brighter,
Just like a gracious sunrise.
Breathe it in.
Let this light fill your lungs and thank your lungs for this vital function of bringing oxygen to your muscles and your bones and your cells.
Feel how your heart beats and thank your heart for every beat.
Allowing this light to move now into your shoulders,
Your arms,
And your hands.
Sending a wondrous appreciation to the hands.
They can touch and they can feel and they can write.
Your hands are such an amazingly important function.
Sending deep gratitude to the hands,
To the arms,
To the shoulders.
Letting this soft light flow right into the neck area,
Where your vocal cords are,
Where you breathe,
Where you swallow.
Allowing this light to just cleanse your airways and bathe your vocal cords,
Offering appreciation for your voice.
Just breathe it in.
Allowing the soft light now to flow up through the jawbone into the mouth,
Sending a wondrous appreciation to the mouth.
Because you can speak,
You can taste,
You can chew,
You can kiss.
Allowing the soft light to flow up into the sinus cavity,
Where you can smell and breathe.
Letting it flow into the eyes.
The eyes are the windows to your soul.
Letting this light bathe the eyes.
Letting it flow into the mind,
Into the brain.
As this light fills the brain,
Allow it to get very bright.
As we love the brain,
As we allow the brain its full appreciation and gratitude for operating every single function in our body,
Every heartbeat,
Every breath,
Every thought,
Every vital function,
Breathe that light into the brain,
Thanking the brain.
Allowing this wonderful soft light to flow into the skull and all of the skeletal structure,
Into your bones.
Let this light flow into the skull and all the way down to the very tips of the bones in your toes.
These bones hold the body together.
Just allow yourself to feel the soft light.
Let it fill the body completely.
Let this love,
This golden rose colored light get even brighter.
As this love and this light fill your body,
I direct the subconscious mind to bring an image to the mind's eye of the ideal self.
The ideal self.
Take a look at yourself in your mind's inner eye.
The perfect you.
Notice that you are smiling and you are healthy.
You are agile,
You are lean.
See that glow.
Every time that you listen to this recording,
You will be able to much more clearly see and visualize this ideal self.
Every time you close your eyes and you breathe in this golden rose colored light,
You will be able to feel the love that is within you that will help you to much more easily see this ideal self.
It's good to know that with this amount of love and light,
That you are able to fully come into this ideal self,
Letting it flow into the mind,
Into the body,
Into the spirit.
This is the real you.
The more that you are able to see this image of your ideal self in your mind,
The more quickly you will become this ideal self.
Every day in every way,
You are moving in the best direction possible to become your ideal self.
You love your body.
You love your spirit.
You love your mind.
You are improving every day in every way.
It's good to be you.
Allow this image to become sharper in your mind's eye.
See the smile on your face.
You can even see the energy that emanates from your body and your energy system.
It's healthy.
It's a golden rose colored light.
It's vibrant and it's contagious.
As you love yourself,
As you walk in your ideal self,
Body,
Mind,
And spirit,
You set the example for others to do the same.
You give them permission to do the same and that's good.
Just take in another nice deep breath.
Feel that love that is surrounding you,
Emanating through the body,
The mind,
And the spirit.
As you see this wonderful ideal you,
Hold that image in your mind.
Send yourself love.
See yourself shine.
Allow yourself this clear vision in your mind's eye of the ideal you,
Knowing that every day this is coming into a clearer focus and a very clear reality.
It's good to be you.
It's good to be able to vision and visualize a healthy,
Vibrant,
Ideal body.
Hold the image in your mind's eye and know that every time that you see light,
Whether it's a light indoors,
The flicker of a candle,
The rays of the sun or the sun itself,
That you will be reminded of this wonderful ideal you,
This ideal body,
This ideal glow.
It will easily come into your mind's eye with clearer and clearer vision every day in every way.
This is the path that you're walking.
In a moment,
I'm going to be counting forward from one to five.
When I get to five,
You'll be awake and aware.
You'll feel refreshed.
You'll feel energized.
You will still feel that wonderful golden rose colored light.
You will feel a great sense of love for every part of your body.
Your feet,
Your legs,
Your hips,
Your core,
Your heart and your lungs,
Your arms and your hands,
Your throat and your vocal cords,
Your mouth and your lips,
Your eyes and your mind.
You love your body.
You love yourself.
Just getting ready to come all the way back up now,
Beginning with one,
Breathing in that light and letting it be bright.
Feel the love in every muscle,
Every bone,
Every cell.
Two,
Just becoming aware of your physical body again,
Noticing the arms and the hands,
The legs and the feet,
Feeling the surface beneath you.
Three,
Taking in another nice deep breath,
Breathe some oxygen into the lungs.
Let it flow with that light into every muscle,
Every bone,
Every cell.
Four,
Just beginning to move and stretch the body.
The body loves to move.
Wiggling your fingers and your toes,
Moving as much as you need,
Stretching a little if you like.
Getting ready to come all the way back up,
Fully awake and aware and refreshed,
Filled with love and with light.
Eyes open on five.
