So just closing your eyes and taking in a nice,
Deep breath into the belly.
And as you let go,
Just relax and unwind,
Allowing the body to soften.
Now take in another nice,
Deep breath.
And as you exhale,
Just allow all the tension to leave your body.
And in this place,
As you're supported,
Resting,
Invite the presence of light to flow upon you.
Just imagine that there's a soft,
Healing light above your head.
This soft light flows down upon your forehead,
Relaxing the forehead.
This soft light flowing around the back of your scalp and relaxing the scalp.
Allow this light to flow upon your eyebrows and your eyes and just relax the eyes.
This light flowing into all the muscles and nerves throughout the eye.
Allow this light to flow into your entire facial structure.
Flowing into your cheekbones and your cheeks.
Flowing into your jawbone and allowing your jaw to soften and slightly drop.
Allow this light to flow into your mind and allow the thoughts to just clear away.
Just clear the mind.
Allow that light to flow in as the thoughts just drift away.
And allow this soft light to flow into your neck and your shoulders and send a wave of relaxation through your entire body.
Relaxing your arms and your hands.
The soft light flowing down your spinal cord into all of the muscles and nerves in your back to continue to just drift down.
Allow that light to flow into your lungs and surround your heart.
And as this light fills your heart,
It begins to get a little bit brighter.
This soft light getting brighter and brighter just like a sunrise.
Allow this light to flow into your diaphragm and all of your internal organs.
Helping them to operate in an effective and healthy manner.
And as this light flows into your hip bones and your thighs and your knees,
It relaxes your legs.
It flows into your shins and your calves and your ankles and your feet.
And right out through your toes.
Your entire body is filled with this soothing light.
Just allow this light to wash through every cell in your body.
Letting it wash away any tension that it comes to.
And as you rest here peacefully,
Think about any of the stresses that you've had in this day.
And imagine where those stresses would be within your physical body.
And give them a color.
Perhaps it's a gray or perhaps it's a brown.
And then just imagine that color full of stress.
And then allow that color to just lift out of your body and energy system.
Utilize this other healing light to wash through in its place.
Let this gray or brown just lift away and drift off like smoke.
And as it drifts away,
Allow this other cleansing light to take its place.
And allow this light to flow through your entire body and energy system.
Let this light begin to magnify.
Let it intensify.
And as it gets brighter and brighter,
It almost begins to vibrate.
This powerful light cleanses through your body,
Helping you to relax and rejuvenate,
Bringing a peace of mind,
A peace of body.
Just allow it to flow through you.
And as this light flows through you,
Bathing and soothing every cell in the body,
Go into your heart center and call upon the presence of your higher self.
And from your heart center and in the quiet of your mind,
Ask your higher self if it will assist you in keeping this light shining,
Keeping you calm,
Keeping you relaxed.
And just allow a calm to wash through your entire body and energy system.
And in a moment,
I'll count from one to five.
When I get to five,
You'll be awake and aware,
Feeling a sense of renewal and calm,
Completely collected.
So beginning now with one,
Taking in a nice deep breath,

Beginning to feel the fingers and the toes,
The arms and the legs,
Three,
Beginning to move the body,
Stretching if you like,
