So just taking in a nice deep breath and as you exhale just allow the body to begin to soften.

And then take in another nice deep breath and as you exhale just allow yourself to let go of tension,

Of pressure,

Of stress from the day.

Just relax.

And then one more nice deep breath.

And as you exhale just allow yourself to really begin to drift down and turn inward.

Allowing your breath just to take its natural rhythm and noticing just how it feels to rest for a moment.

Feeling your body fully supported by the chair or the bed or the couch in which you are resting.

And allowing yourself just to unwind.

Just noticing the relaxation that's in your body now and then double that relaxation.

Just drifting down twice as deep now.

And with every breath that you exhale double your relaxation.

Just drifting down deeper and deeper and enjoying it more and more.

The deeper you sink the better you feel.

And as you rest and relax invite the presence of a divine light.

Just breathing a soft healing light upon you.

Allowing this light to flow into the body and flow freely throughout the body.

Just bathing and soothing every cell.

Allowing this light to just bathe away any tension or pressure that it might come to.

Relaxing and drifting even deeper now.

Allowing this soft light to bring relaxation to the scalp and the forehead.

Breathing this light into the eyebrows and the eyelids.

And relaxing all of the tiny muscles and nerves around your eyes.

Allowing it to bathe and soothe all of your facial muscles.

Relaxing the cheeks and the cheekbones.

Letting this light just relax your jaw and release any tension that you might have been holding there.

Breathing this light right into your mind.

Just clearing your mind.

Allowing this light to move into the neck and the shoulders.

Dissolving any tension or pressure that you might have held there.

And then just breathing this light right in through the top of your head and letting it flow all the way down to your toes.

Sending a nice wave of relaxation through your entire body.

And as this light fills you completely,

Just notice the deep relaxation in your arms and your hands.

Through all of the muscles in your back.

Notice how easy it is to allow this light to flow right into your heart.

It connects with your own inner light.

And with every heartbeat this light gets a little bit brighter inside.

Just like a gracious sunrise.

Allowing this light to fill your entire chest cavity and then wash into all of your internal organs.

Helping them to operate in a rhythmic and healthy manner.

It's good to know that as you rest here and allow this light to fill you completely,

That your body is operating at optimal performance.

So you can relax even more and drift even deeper down.

Allowing the soft light to flow into the hips and the thighs and the knees.

Deeply relaxing the legs,

The shins and the calves,

The ankles and the feet.

Allowing the soft light to just bathe the soles of your feet and flow right out the tips of your toes.

And as this light fills you completely,

Breathe it into every cell in the body.

Allow the cells to welcome this light.

Let the cells just drink it in.

And as you are filled with this light and you're relaxing deeper down,

Allow this light to bring a wonderful sense of energy and flow to every cell in the body.

This light has wonderful healing properties and it allows the cells to begin releasing all excess.

All of this excess can easily begin moving now gently into the digestive system.

It is as if you can feel all of this energy leaving the cells,

All of the excess just beginning to drain away from the body.

And allow the cells just to let the excess go.

Breathing in the light,

Letting it become vibrant.

Feeling the vitality that is in your body.

Welcoming this light and releasing all excess.

It is almost as if you can feel a sense of vibration or tingling as the cells begin to let go of the excess and allow the body to drain.

Allow the energy of this draining to begin moving gently to the very core of your abdomen.

It is as if you can feel the swirl of this light and the swirl of all of the excess moving easily and gently into the digestive system.

This center point in the abdomen is now drawing on all of the places in your body where you have held excess.

From the arms,

From the belly,

From the buttocks or the thighs.

This center point in your very core is drawing all of this excess and allowing it to move gently into the digestive system where the body can easily,

Gently and effortlessly just begin releasing it.

And every day in every way the body will be continually releasing this excess.

And as the body has begun this process of draining the excess away,

Of allowing this energy to begin flowing,

The metabolism is picking up and moving faster and faster every day in every way.

In your mind's eye,

Allow yourself a very clear image of your ideal body.

Allow the body to continue draining the excess while you focus in your mind's eye on your ideal body.

You can see this ideal body coming into more clear focus,

The image becoming sharper and sharper.

And as you look at this image in your mind's eye of the ideal you,

Notice that you're smiling,

That you are lean and agile and healthy and you're confident and proud.

As you allow this image in your mind's eye to sharpen every moment of every day,

The body will easily let go of this excess.

Notice that you are feeling lighter and thinner already.

You love eating healthy and you feel ready for this change.

This process of change will be very easy for you.

You are ready to be thin and you are committed to this process of changing your body,

Changing your mind,

Becoming leaner and healthier and happier.

You do feel lighter and more joyful.

And as you allow this image in your mind of this ideal you,

Notice the security and safety that you're beginning to feel.

Look at that ideal body and look at how secure and strong and healthy it is.

Look at the confidence.

Allow yourself to feel that confidence and that security within your body right here and right now.

Let that light get even brighter and notice how you are committed to this process,

To this change,

To seeing this through and becoming the ideal you.

You are releasing all excess easily and effortlessly right here and right now.

And you will continue to release excess every hour,

Every day in every way.

You love eating healthy and you love the food that makes you thin.

You are going to be fitting into that next size smaller any minute now.

You are beginning to feel a great sense of peace within your body,

Your mind,

And your spirit.

You love and approve of yourself as you are and as you are changing.

Your body is changing and you love it.

You are proud of yourself.

You are committed to your goals and it is easy to achieve them.

You love moving your body.

You love how the metabolism in your body is increasing and getting faster and faster every day.

You love the way your clothes are fitting.

You love the way you feel.

You are proud of yourself.

You are feeling more confident,

More secure,

And more safe.

It is safe to be thin.

The body wants to be thin.

And just allow yourself to look at that ideal you.

Notice that the image is becoming more and more clear now.

And every time that you listen to this recording,

You will allow that image in your mind's eye to become sharper and sharper in focus.

And you will notice that this image in your mind is matching the image in your mirror.

You will notice that as you focus inward with this recording every day,

That the outward image of your body is changing very quickly.

And you feel confident,

You feel comfortable,

You feel at ease with this process.

You are ready for this change.

You are excited about this change.

You are proud of the body that you have and the body that is becoming.

You set an example for yourself that you can achieve your goals,

That it's easy for you to be healthy,

Lean,

And agile.

And the body wants to be thin.

It is safe to be thin.

Just allow this light again to move,

Just letting it swirl within the abdomen and in that center point in the core.

Notice that you can feel this core gathering the excess from every part of your body where the excess has been held.

You can feel this tingling and vibrating flowing from your fingertips and your toes,

From your arms and your legs,

From your hips and your thighs and your belly.

The excess is draining away and it feels so good.

You love eating healthy.

You love drinking water.

You love the way the water feels as it flushes through the body.

As this energy swirls in your abdomen right now,

It reminds you of how it feels when you drink fresh,

Clean water,

Allowing this water to just flush through the system,

Draining the excess away easily and effortlessly,

Every day,

In every way.

Allow that image in your mind's eye one more time,

The image of the ideal you.

You are thin.

You are healthy.

You are agile.

You are happy.

You are confident.

And you are much lighter in many ways.

And it's good to be you.

And in a moment,

I'm going to count back from 1 to 5.

And when I get to 5,

You will be awake and aware.

You will feel refreshed and energized.

You will feel very good about yourself.

You will be committed to your goals.

You will drink more water.

You will enjoy eating healthier.

You will enjoy movement.

You love moving your body.

It feels good to be on this path and you know that it's easy for you to achieve these goals and you are committed.

So just getting ready to come back up now,

Beginning with 1,

Breathing in that light,

Allowing that energy to move and swirl and feel that the body is releasing the excess.

2,

Just becoming aware of your physical body,

Noticing the arms and the hands,

The legs and the feet,

Noticing that everything is beginning to feel lighter.

3,

Taking another nice deep breath.

Let some oxygen flow into the muscles and the bones and the cells.

Let it intermingle with this light.

You are releasing excess every day in every way.

4,

Just beginning to move and stretch.

The body loves to move.

Wiggling your fingers,

Wiggling your toes,

Moving as much as you like,

Stretching a little bit,

Getting ready to come all the way back up.
