So just taking in a nice deep breath and just allowing your body to settle in and begin to soften.

Just notice how it feels just to rest here.

Noticing your breath.

Noticing the sounds that are around you and just knowing that every sound you hear including the sound of my voice can cause you to drift deeper and deeper inside.

And just drifting down peacefully relaxed,

Noticing the relaxation in your body and just doubling that relaxation twice as deep.

Take in another nice deep breath and just notice your breath.

As you exhale just release any tension,

Any stress,

Any pressure.

And as you inhale again now,

Just invite the presence of a soft healing energy to flow in with your breath.

Just reaching upon high,

Out into the universe,

Out into the divine.

Allowing a soft healing light energy to begin flowing into your body.

Just breathe it in.

Allow this soft light to begin flowing freely throughout your body.

Just bathing and soothing every cell.

Letting this soft light just bathe away any tension or pressure that it might come to.

Just breathe this soft light upon your scalp and your forehead.

Let it wash through all of the facial muscles,

Relaxing the eyes,

The cheeks,

The jaw.

Just breathing this soft light right into your mind.

Allow this light to lift your thoughts away as you clear your mind.

Let this soft light flow from the very top of your head all the way down to your toes.

Just sending a gentle wave of deep relaxation through the whole body.

Just letting go.

Allow this soft healing light energy to deepen the relaxation throughout your arms and your hands.

Throughout all of the muscles in your back.

Breathe this light right into your heart.

Allow it to connect with your own inner wisdom and your inner light.

Let it fill the chest area and the abdominal area,

Helping all of your internal organs to operate in a rhythmic and healthy manner.

Let this light gently flow right through the hips,

Into the thighs and the knees,

Just relaxing the legs.

Into the shins and the calves.

Into the ankles and the feet.

Just drifting down peacefully,

Relaxed now.

And as you rest here in this peaceful,

Relaxed,

Deep state,

I direct every cell in the body to welcome safety.

Today I'll be communicating directly with the cells in your body.

I ask the cells of the body,

Every cell in your body,

To welcome peace and calm.

Just allow this light to be a catalyst and welcome peace and calm into every cell.

Just allow this light to be a conduit to welcome peace and calm and serenity into every cell.

Just allow a gentle flowing of all that serves your greatest good to gently flow in,

Around and through you.

Just noticing this peace as it flows through the body.

Notice how calm and relaxed and serene you are.

Allow the cells to open and just drink in calmness,

Serenity,

Love and support.

You are supported by all that serves your greatest good and you can just welcome that into every cell.

Drinking in support and guidance,

Love.

Drinking in forgiveness.

Allowing forgiveness to flow and bathe upon every cell in your body.

Allowing every cell in your body to welcome this love,

This serenity,

This gentle flow of all that serves your highest good.

And as you welcome in this peace and calm,

This love,

This support,

As the cells drink in this flow of all that serves your greatest good,

Just notice how the stress and the tension has simply melted away.

Allow yourself to simply relax here,

Allowing every cell in the body a deep level of awareness that everything in your life and your world is exactly as it is supposed to be,

Right here and right now.

And in that knowing that everything right here and right now is exactly as it is supposed to be and allow you to welcome an even deeper level of serenity,

Of peace,

Of calm into every cell.

Let the serenity flow through your entire energy system,

Breathe it into the heart,

Into the mind,

Into the soul.

Let the serenity bathe upon you as you just drift down even deeper relaxed,

Welcoming the serenity into every cell in the body,

Allowing the cells to imprint this deeper state of calm and peace,

Of peace and calm.

Just drink it in and flow and bathe in all of this calmness,

This universal flow of all that serves your greatest good.

Just welcome this softness,

This kindness,

This love and this trust in this peace that is with you,

Allowing yourself to call upon this cellular memory of peace and calm any time that you need.

Take in another nice deep breath and just breathe in this serenity,

Breathe in this peace,

Let it flow and bathe into every cell,

Welcoming it to remain with you and as this soft healing energy fills you completely.

Today I welcome the body,

The mind,

The spirit,

The cells to deeply connect with this sense of serenity,

This peace,

This calmness.

Let it become one with you and who you are,

Using this state of peace and calm to respond to any situation that comes your way.

It allows you to wake up peacefully,

To move through your day calmly.

You respond to matters of high level or low level in a calm,

Serene,

Clear manner,

Rolling with the flow of all that comes into your life and your experience,

Allowing this calmness to be a part of it,

The serenity to be with you at all times.

Anytime you need to or wish to,

Come back to this moment and just drink this serenity and this calm into the cells.

It's good to know that you can return to this state any time you wish.

It's good to know that you can hold this state for long periods of time,

Just letting go of stress,

Of pressure,

Of tension,

And breathing in peace and calm and serenity.

And that's good.

And in a moment,

I'm going to be counting from one to five.

And when I get to five,

You'll be awake,

You'll be aware,

You'll feel refreshed,

You'll feel energized,

You'll feel very serene and calm,

And you'll feel very good about yourself.

For everything in your world is exactly as it should be.

You are in a state of universal flow of all that serves your greatest good.

There is a wondrous sense of serenity,

Of love,

Of light,

Of peace flowing in,

Around,

And through you.

And that's good.

So just getting ready to come all the way back up now,

Beginning with one,

Just breathing in that soft light.

Allow that serenity to just wash through you.

Two,

Becoming aware again of your body.

Just notice your arms and your hands,

Your legs and your feet.

Notice how good they feel.

Notice how good the body feels.

Three,

Take in another nice deep breath.

Let some oxygen flow through the muscles,

The bones,

The cells.

Let it flow with this light and notice how calm you really are.

Notice how happy you feel.

Four,

Just beginning to move and to stretch.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Notice how good it feels to move the body,

How peacefully the body moves with such a great flow.

Coming all the way back up.

Fully awake,

Fully aware,

Eyes open on five.
