Hey guys so Sometimes certain times of the year can be hard and that's okay So I wanted to make a meditation To allow us to say what we want to say just unfilter raw now I am encouraging that we're writing this or we're using our notes.
We're not sending these things anyone This is just for us to release So what we're going to do is take a moment to set ourselves up and center this can be a moment to grab a piece of paper a pencil pen something to write with or you can use your phone if that is what you would like to do and So during this meditation,
We're going to spend some time Writing everything we will want to say to an ex So sometimes if we're feeling heartbroken or for feeling alone or angry Valentine's Day can be hard.
And so we're going to allow ourselves to feel and then release So whether you just broken up whether you're angry with your partner Hey,
You can even be in a relationship.
You're welcome to come and join us However,
Whatever the situation is whether you're single and you're loving it,
But you just want a moment to release Everyone is welcome.
And so grab your things and then meet me back here So what we're gonna do is start off by taking a deep breath in And holding at the top Exhaling We'll do a few more breaths this way Inhaling noticing that we're going to create a space to say what you never got to say Exhaling letting go This is going to be a space where we normalize anger grief love confusion There's no sensory just letting it be and Then when we're finished I encourage you to rip it up and throw it away or if you're on your phone or Electronic to erase and that is going to represent letting go So I want you to take these moments I want to take about seven minutes To write out Everything you want to say You can cuss You can say whatever It's between you and the paper You and your phone and it's only for you.
So if you need to cry let it out if you need to scream Let it out.
Let it come out.
No judgment I'm here with you and Then when we return We're going to end the practice with doing a embodiment dance To let go of everything we want to let go If you happen to not be able to dance you can just listen to the music and groove Do whatever feels comfortable for you?
Now you can begin writing Now you can finish the sentence that you're on And take a deep breath in through your nose Just noticing how you're feeling and when you exhale Let it all go knowing that you can leave this here you do not have to reread it And I just ask when you're ready to place your paper Down next to you Now we're going to take a moment to move around whether this is while you're laying down standing up sitting We're going to start to move our body to imagine ourselves.
Just letting go of any extra energy that is there So as we prepare I Invite you to place your hands together and like a prayer position I'm going to start to rub our hands together This starts to create a friction in between your hands You may notice warmth you may notice nothing you may notice a tingling sensation whatever comes up it is perfect And then when you're ready Starting from the crown of your head with your palms facing down Towards the ground.
We're going to push our hands down And just notice that this is clearing out our energy And if you're ready I invite you to grab the paper and begin to move your body Feel the beat You just start to rip the paper up and just let your body move with the music All right guys,
I hope you had so much fun You were able to be free and release and move your body We're gonna close by taking a big deep inhale through the nose Holding at the top Exhale letting it go Please feel free to join anytime you would like Check out my other meditations if you like this Thank you for joining me.
Have a beautiful day
