I am enough for moms feeling stressed and in self-doubt about their ability to give the best to their kids.
Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can sit or lie down without interruptions.
Close your eyes gently and take a few deep breaths in,
Inhaling deeply through your nose and exhaling slowly through your mouth.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Letting your body relax with each breath,
Releasing any tension or stress you may be holding onto.
When your mind wanders,
Just notice and bring your thoughts back to your anchor.
Your anchor you will find at the tip of your nose as you're breathing in or at the rise and fall of your belly,
Feeling the ground beneath you,
Whether you are sitting or lying down,
Sensing roots extending from your body into the earth,
Grounding you and providing you with stability and strength.
Know that you are connected to the earth and supported by it.
Starting from the top of your head,
Slowly bringing awareness to each part of your body,
Releasing tension as you go,
Relaxing your forehead,
Your eyes,
Your cheeks,
And your jaw.
Letting your shoulders drop and feeling the tension melt away from your neck and back.
Relaxing your arms,
Your hands,
And your fingers.
Your hands and your fingers.
Softening your chest,
Your stomach,
And your hips.
Letting the relaxation flow down your legs,
Your feet,
And your toes.
Repeat the following affirmations silently or out loud,
Feeling the truth in each of these statements as you say them.
Even if you feel a resistance to this affirmation,
Know that the more you listen to this affirmation and this meditation,
These words will become true to you.
I am enough.
I am doing my best and my best is enough.
I am a loving and caring mother.
I am a loving and caring mother.
I trust myself and my ability to care for my children.
I am worthy of love and respect.
My children love me for who I am.
I am growing and learning every day.
I am patient and compassionate with myself.
Visualize a warm golden light surrounding you.
This light is filled with love,
Acceptance,
And reassurance.
As you breathe in,
Visualize this light entering your body,
Filling you with a sense of calm and confidence.
With each exhale,
Let go of any self-doubt or worry.
Feeling this light strengthening you,
Reminding you of your inherent worth and capabilities.
For a moment,

Rest here in silence in this beautiful space you have just created for yourself.
Let go of any worry or self-doubt as best you can.

Bring your awareness back to your surroundings.
Taking a few deep breaths in,

Wiggle your toes and your fingers.

And you have everything you need to be the best mom you can be for your children.
