Bringing your attention to your breath,

And drawing the breath down as deep into the belly as possible.

The slower your inhale is,

The deeper your breath will be.

Notice the expansion and contraction of your body as you inhale and exhale.

Notice any areas of tension or restriction,

And notice where there is space.

Notice how your body is interacting with the space around you.

Sounds to your ears,

Air on your skin.

Notice the parts of you that are touching whatever is beneath you.
