Find a quiet space to sit or lie down in.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Bring your awareness to how you're feeling now.
Observe thoughts,
Feelings,
Emotions and sensations.
Allow your mind to follow them without judgment.
Bring your focus to your breath and then slowly and easily exhaling.
Taking a slow and full breath in now and noticing any sensations.
Then gently exhaling.
Holding that space as long as you can before you breathe in again.
As you breathe in,
Feeling the new energy charging your body.
As you breathe out,
Letting go of what no longer serves you.
Taking a slow and then gently exhaling,
Letting go yourself to be.
Holding that breath,
That space and feeling any sensations before you.
Bringing your focus back to your breath.
Breathing in,
In and out breath.
Returning to center and finding your clarity with the out breath.
Feeling the calm.
Connecting with your true essence as you breathe out,
Trusting the process.
Taking a slow and full breath in.
Letting go into trusting the path to unfold.
Feeling the energy,
The sensations until you are ready to return to your normal breath.
Having a stretch.
