Follow along for new Yoga Nidra and grief-tending practices. Renay Bloom's first language was movement. Trained in New York in classical ballet and the Horton and Graham techniques, she learned early that the body knows things before the mind can name them. She later became an attorney in Georgia and Florida, until a running injury brought her back to the body through yoga and Yoga Nidra — practices she eventually began sharing with others. When Renay's daughter died, grief became the ground she learned to stand on. The practices she had offered others became the ones that held her: deep rest, breath, and tending the body as a place of refuge. Through grief, she discovered that joy and sorrow can share the same room. That knowing now shapes everything she offers. Renay is an Ordained Interfaith Minister, metaphysical practitioner, certified grief and transformative change coach, meditation instructor, and Pilates and yoga teacher. Her Presence · Body · Practice framework is trauma-informed, spiritually integrated, and rooted in wholeness. Her practices offer a gentle place for those carrying grief, navigating change, or longing to feel at home in themselves again. Renay arrives for each practice as she is that day and welcomes you to do the same. Nothing needs to be performed or perfected here. Whatever is present, there is room for it.
