Hello and welcome.
If you are here,
It means you are ready for a deep,
Restful sleep.
This is a Reiki healing session combined with a guided meditation to help you release the day and drift into a peaceful sleep.
I want you to find a comfortable position in your bed.
You can be on your back,
Or your side,
Or whatever feels most natural for you.
When you are ready,
And you feel safe to do so,
Let your eyes gently close shut.
Now let's set an intention right here.
You are welcome to say this in your mind or out loud.
I am ready to sleep deeply.
I am safe exactly where I am.
I am ready to release this day.
Now let's take a deep breath in through our nose.
Make sure you hold for a count of 4 and exhale slowly through your mouth.
Let's do that again.
Deep breath in,
Hold,
And release.
I want you to imagine vines are growing from your body.
They are connecting you to your bed,
They are moving down through your floor and deep into the earth.
These vines are anchoring you,
Grounding you,
And you are safe.
Let these vines and the bed hold you right where you are.
With each breath out,
Feel your body getting heavier.
Feel your shoulders start to soften more and more.
Let your jaw unclench and let your forehead completely relax.
Now I am going to begin the Reiki healing.
You may start to feel warmth,
Tingling,
A sense of peace washing over you.
Through this process,
Trust this energy.
It is here to help you release whatever it is,
Keeping you awake.
With every breath in,
I want you to imagine healing yellow light.
Imagine it running through your entire body,
Warming you,
Giving you peace.
And breathe out anything that's weighing on you,
Anything that may feel heavy.
Now,
I'm calling in a blue healing light.
This blue light is healing your entire body,
But it's also focusing in on your heart.
This blue light,
It's releasing all the worries about tomorrow.
It's releasing all the replays of today.
And right now,
All those things,
They can wait.
But right now,
You can rest.
I'm calling in a white calming light for your throat.
I'm calling in this white light for your mind.
For all those words you didn't say,
All those thoughts that may be racing,
I'm releasing them and pulling them out of you gently,
Just like untangling threads.
And now,
I'm replacing them with peace.
Continue to breathe calmly.
Continue to take in this healing energy.
And when you breathe out,
Release that heavy weight that you've been holding onto.
As you lay here,
You begin to feel your thoughts slow down.
You begin to feel the warmth all around you,
And that peace really setting in.
Now,
I'm going to start at the crown of your head.
I want you to feel that warmth moving down over the tip of your head,
Down your forehead,
Relaxing your eyebrows,
Your eyelids,
Relaxing the muscles around your temples,
Moving completely down around your nose and your cheeks.
Moving down to your jaw and your tongue,
Let them rest.
As this warmth completely takes over,
You are free to let go.
Your eyes,
Your neck,
They've worked so hard today,
It's time to let them rest.
Let your jaw completely hang loose.
Release all the tension that you've been carrying in your neck and your shoulders.
Let that warmth run down your throat,
Your shoulders,
And your chest area.
Feel all those muscles untangling and relaxing completely.
Imagine my healing energy is surrounding your heart,
Your chest,
And your shoulders.
You can feel this energy expanding,
Softening,
And slowly moving down through your arms,
Through your wrists,
Through your hands,
Slowly trickling down to your fingertips.
As you feel this energy,
Let go of what you've been holding on to,
Gripping on so tightly.
Release this.
You can feel this energy moving down your rib cage,
Down into your stomach,
Right into your core,
And I can feel this is where you're holding so much stress and so much tension.
And as I work to clear it now,
I just want you to focus on your breathing.
Feel the tightness begin to dissolve.
You're no longer held down by the stress and the tension of the day.
We continue to move down through your hips,
Through your pelvis area,
And we release all the tension that's been holding your body up all day.
As we move down through your legs,
Feel your thighs getting heavy,
Sinking into the bed,
And fully releasing.
Feel your muscles in the back of your knees untangle and relax.
Feel your calves finally releasing everything it's been holding up all day.
Now we move into your precious feet.
They've been carrying you all day,
And now it is time for them to rest.
Feel that warmth moving through your feet,
All the way down to your toes.
Your entire body is now wrapped in healing light.
Here,
You are perfectly safe.
You are protected,
And you are exactly where you need to be.
There is nothing else for you to do at this time.
Now you are ready to sleep.
With each breath,
You're drifting deeper and deeper to a place where you are fully healed and fully relaxed.
You're no longer thinking about today or what is needed of you.
You're just here,
Breathing,
Releasing,
Just being.
If thoughts come up,
That's okay.
Acknowledge them,
Like clouds passing by,
And just let them go.
You do not have to solve anything right now.
You do not have to figure anything out.
Right now,
You just sleep.
I'm placing an energetic blanket over you.
It's warm and soft.
It's protective.
And inside this blanket,
Nothing can disturb you.
Nothing can stress you.
You are completely safe.
You can stay in this peaceful space for as long as you need.
Let your body take over now.
Let sleep come naturally,
Easily,
Deeply.
And if you wake during the night,
You can always return to this meditation.
You can always come back to this feeling of safety and peace.
Sleep well.
You are held by the universe.
You are loved by the universe.
And you are safe where you are.
