We will take three deep cleansing inhalations and exhalations.

Inhale through your nose and bring in positive energy.
With every exhale through your mouth,
Release negative energy.
Inhale again through your nose and bring in positive energy.
With your exhale through your mouth,

Let's do that cycle one more time.

Keep your eyes closed and just focus on the present,

Our days are filled with hustle and bustle of daily activities that can sometimes overwhelm us before the day begins.
Let's start a new daily routine of claiming a positive day before it begins.
First,
Think about everything on your agenda for today.
What are you feeling and how does it make you feel?
You may be feeling anxious,
Overwhelmed,
Excited,
Happy,
Nervous,
Or have other feelings and thoughts about your day.
Own your feelings and thoughts,
But let them go.
Let them fade away because now we're focusing on the present moment.
Let's table those thoughts and feelings and claim that your day will be positive.
Continue to focus on your breath as thoughts and distractions slip in while you're meditating.
Remember,
It's normal behavior,
But try to control it with deep inhalations and exhalations.
Listen to the positive affirmations that I will say.
Repeat them in your mind,
Silently to yourself,
Or out loud.
My day will be productive.
My day will be amazing.
I will make my day awesome despite twists and turns.
I will carry out my plans for the day with a positive attitude.
I will rise above any distractions throughout my day.
I will not allow negative energy to settle in my soul today.
I will smile even when unpleasant thoughts come to me.
I will be kind to myself and others today.
Today will be a positive day because I control the outcome.
