Lindsay is a nurse with over 16 years of experience, a somatic experiencing practitioner, and a board-certified nurse coach—a health coach with the expertise of a nurse. She has helped hundreds of clients dealing with chronic stress and nervous system dysregulation, such as burnout and trauma, to achieve more peace, ease in life, and self-awareness. While stress is a normal and important part of everyday life, it is well-known that long-term toxic stress can have detrimental effects on mental, physical, and emotional health. Lindsay's work takes a whole-being approach that uses the body to metabolize and complete stress responses, allowing individuals to experience all facets of life. Through these somatic practices, Lindsay hopes to assist others in beginning to befriend their bodies and make space to feel them as an integral part of their being.
