Tonight,
The full moon shines in her full power,
Illuminating what's ready to be seen,
Felt and released.
This is a sacred moment,
A time for shedding what no longer serves you and receiving the clarity your soul is craving.
As you breathe in,
Imagine moonlight pouring into your space,
And as you breathe out,
Release any tension or worry.
This is your time to come home to yourself.
Deep breath in through your nose and gently release through your mouth.
And as you get into a comfortable position,
Close your eyes.
You may place your hand upwards to receive or you're open to placing your hand gently on your heart and the other one on your womb or belly.
Whatever feels right to you.
I want you to start feeling the earth beneath you and start visualizing the full moon above you,
Illuminating with her love and light.
You are held between heaven and earth,
A divine channel for healing and light.
Now imagine yourself standing under the full moon.
Her silvery light surrounds your entire body,
Forming a protective,
Luminous cocoon.
She sees all of you,
Your beauty,
Your shadows,
Your strength and holds it all in love.
I will now call in Reiki,
This sacred energy that will flow through my hands,
My voice and into your heart.
You may feel warmth,
Tingles or stillness.
Trust what arises.
You are safe to receive.
Now bring to mind anything you are ready to release.
They could be old stories,
Relationships that no longer serve,
Fears that are not real,
Self-doubt,
Shame,
Control and the sadness and anger of grief.
Let it rise to the surface and gently,
Without judgment,
Release.
Feel all of the feelings that are arising,
Without any shame and guilt.
And as I send Reiki to your sacral and heart space,
Imagine the full moon pulling these energies and emotions from your body,
Like a magnet of light clearing what no longer serves your soul.
Deep inhale and a big exhale out.
Let it go,
My love,
Let it go.
These emotions and feelings no longer serve you.
It is time to make space for new emotions of joy,
Happiness,
Peace and love.
Repeat after me,
In your mind or out loud.
I release what no longer aligns with who I'm becoming.
I trust the wisdom of endings.
I forgive.
I let go.
I rise.
Feel this white light coming down upon you through the moon,
Lighting up your crown chakra.
Going through your third eye,
Clearing up any space and energy there is.
Going down to your throat,
Clearing away any blockages that may be holding you from speaking your truth.
This light is going down to your heart,
Clearing away any sadness,
Grief and pain.
Making space for abundance and love.
That energy is flowing through you,
Through your solar plexus.
Where it's clearing away any doubt,
Any uncertainty,
Anything that's holding you back from your truth,
From your purpose,
From your passions.
Feel it filling up your stomach,
Going down to your sacral chakra,
Down the womb.
Filling up this beautiful white light and clearing away anything and everything that no longer serves you.
It's filling you up with passion and desire and opening you up to anything and everything your heart desires.
Now it's going down to your root chakra.
Release here.
Breathe deeply and release all that no longer serves you.
The moon is illuminating you through your crown chakra and Mother Earth is taking away anything and everything that you do not mean to hold on to in your body.
You may now release it to Mother Earth and say,
I release what no longer aligns with who I'm becoming.
I forgive.
I let go.
I rise.
With every release,
There is space for renewal.
Feel the Reiki now shift into a gentle infusion.
Pouring divine light all around you and through you.
Breathe it in.
Feel this light recharging your cells,
Your heart,
Your spirit.
Let it anchor new beliefs,
New intentions,
New peace.
Now repeat,
I am ready to receive more love.
I am ready to receive more clarity and truth.
I honor my path.
I honor my timing.
I am the light.
I am the moon.
I am the divine.
We're going to be gently closing this Reiki-infused meditation.
And as we come into a close,
Come back into your body.
Gently move your toes,
Your fingers.
Maybe sway your head back and forth.
Nod yes and no.
Maybe start moving your shoulders up and down.
Making circles with your neck.
Now do it on the other side.
And whenever you're ready,
Come back to a seated position.
And bring your hands into prayer at your heart.
Bow your head gently to yourself,
To the moon,
To the journey,
To the life force energy,
The prana that is within you.
Thank you for showing up tonight.
Your release is sacred.
Your healing is real.
This Reiki energy will continue to work with you in your dreams,
Your body,
Your intuition,
In the days to come.
Whenever you're ready,

And exhale softly through your mouth.
