In this calming mindfulness practice, you can choose the length. At the twenty-minute mark and the forty-minute mark, I will let you know that you can leave. Or indeed, you can choose to go deep and stay for a full hour. I am so happy to have you with me in this deeply peaceful woodland. This is a completely human endeavour. Made by one human for the good of many humans. Headphones can enhance the experience, but are not essential.
