If you want to take a nice deep breath right down to the base of your spine and just bring to mind your calm place,
Your space where you feel balanced and relaxed and at peace,
A sense of deep calm.
Allow yourself to feel grounded in this moment,
Feeling light yet connected,
Feeling alive,
Vibrant and calm.
Now you bring your attention just to your breath,
Just allow yourself to breathe more deeply and slowly,
Calming every aspect of your body,
Of your mind and of your soul,
Feeling your feet upon the floor and yet your head is in the sky,
Gently floating around on a cloud of calm.
As you're floating around in this cloud of calm,
You see others also floating around with big,
Big smiles on their faces,
A wonderful sky of calm.
As you float around,
Just keep yourself present in this moment of calm,
Allow for all sounds to be included in this moment of calm,
This tranquility and this peace.
Breathe it all in deeply,
Just watch the letters C,
A,
L and M float on by and when you are ready,
Know that this sense of calm,
This peace,
This tranquility can be with you all day long as you connect yourself back to your surroundings,
Back to your feet,
To your breath,
Holding this sense of calm within,
You can take a nice deep breath and when you are ready,
You can open your eyes.
