Hello and welcome to day 22 of 30 days of gratitude.
Today's focus is I am grateful for my intuition.
Today we give thanks for your inner voice.
The one that guides you gently and clearly beneath thought.
This practice is an invitation to reconnect you with your natural knowing.
Let's begin.
Let your breath deepen.
Let your body settle.
Close your eyes softly and bring one hand to your belly or your heart,
Wherever your attention feels most grounded today.
Take a full breath in through your nose and exhale long and steady through your mouth.
Say this quietly within yourself.
My inner wisdom is clear,
Calm and always available.
Let that truth expand in your chest.
Now bring to mind a moment when you followed a deep inner knowing,
A decision that felt aligned or a quiet message you honored.
Let that moment rise.
Notice how your body responded when you trusted yourself.
Feel where that same sense of clarity lives inside of you now and place your awareness there.
Breathe into it.
Let that space expand.
This time I invite you to say it again but slower.
I trust the wisdom within me.
My guidance is always present.
Now allow a simple question to rise,
Something current in your life,
Something that matters.
Let the question be gentle and breathe.
Allow your intuition to respond in feeling,
In sensation,
In imagery or words.
Let the answer emerge naturally without needing to explain it.
Take 30 seconds here to sit in quiet,
Open awareness and let your inner voice speak in the space that you've made here.
Now gently return to your breath,
To your body and to this grounded moment.
Now I invite you to say once more,
Either to yourself or out loud,
I listen with clarity.
I choose with trust.
I move in alignment with my knowing.
You're already connected.
Your intuition is alive and present now and always.
What you feel deeply is real.
