Welcome to today's meditation.
You are here because you love yourself.
Everything that you do,
Everything that you try for is because deep down,
You do in fact love yourself.
The sabotaging behaviors,
The limiting beliefs are actually all protective mechanisms to keep you safe.
You would rather harm yourself and be in control of that suffering than take the risk of putting yourself out there.
Today we are going to give you the confidence,
Backed by faith,
That you can put yourself in a position of expansion,
Releasing control over the outcome and grounding in the truth that whatever happens,
You can handle it.
And we know this because you love yourself.
Whatever hand that you are dealt,
You will make it work for you.
So welcome.
Today we are going to consider releasing those limited beliefs that keep you uncomfortably safe.
We're going to release the beliefs inside of you that have been agreed upon in the subconscious mind as a tool,
A mechanism,
To keep you from suffering,
To keep you in control of the suffering from the outside.
So get comfortable in your seat.
Allow for the body to adjust,
Unwind,
And relax.
Your body knows how to do this.
And with a simple adjustment of the mind,
The cue to relax is accepted and the body becomes more and more loose,
Just melting into the cushion beneath you.
And just notice the jaw relaxing and the tongue just finding a beautiful canopy to rest upon,
The bottom of the mouth.
The muscles behind your ears are even relaxing and your eyes too are just leaning back into the socket.
Really now focusing on all of the muscles and tendons in the mind and the head,
Imagining as if your follicles of the hair can relax,
As falling down,
The shoulders too collapse a bit,
Feeling that relief being held instead of holding you,
Moving down,
Concentrating on your arms.
Maybe even your palms open up now and you can sense the energy just flowing through your arms out the tips of your fingers,
This relaxing,
This wave of relaxation coming from the tip of your head all the way through to the tip of your fingers and releasing.
And now we're focusing on the chest,
The heart center,
Breathing into the heart,
Expanding the heart as if you're filling it up with more conscious love,
Admitting that you do in fact want all of its desires,
All of its dreams to come true,
Acknowledging its expansiveness when you just focus on loving,
Sending love into the heart.
Nice deep breath into the heart,
Making more room for love and release.
Down to the solar plexus,
Expanding the diaphragm.
This is where your faith lies,
The trust that every decision can be made right.
Every decision you can work with as it unfolds.
What is in your highest good?
Allow for that to just live in the solar plexus now,
Expanding the diaphragm and showing yourself that you can breathe deeply.
Now channeling this energy from the top of your head down into the torso,
Pulling that breath all the way down,
Letting it swirl and clean out any stuck energy,
Any fear.
Bring that energy down now into the abdomen,
Into the hips and see if you can just let go a little bit more in the hips and maybe your knees buckle out and there's a little bit more space,
More gap between your hips,
Letting them really unwind here.
You are safe.
In this moment,
Give your body permission to relax.
Moving that energy now down into the legs,
Allowing the energy to flow through the knee caps,
Swirling that energy,
Moving that energy out down your legs,
Down your calves,
Through the bottom of your feet,
Giving some extra love to those beautiful feet that bring you further along in your path.
Maybe you can even imagine yourself giving them a gentle hug,
Gentle squeeze,
Just telling them thank you for carrying me and now I'd like you to just relax,
Letting go.
Maybe you can even feel the ankles give way to gravity and your feet just fall to either side.
Fully relax now and as you can tell,
You can pull the energy from above all the way through the crown of your head,
Through the mind,
Through the throat,
The heart,
The stomach,
The sacrum,
The legs,
The knees,
And the feet,
All the way through,
A wave of relaxation.
How beautiful.
Today we're going to focus on one wish.
Perhaps you already know what it is by just hearing that word wish,
But we're going to just allow for you to proclaim it.
I really wish,
I really want,
Just hear yourself.
What do you really want?
And see if you can get to the core of that emotion.
If you had it,
How would you feel?
How would you feel if you had this?
Notice what it would feel like in the body and if you can't imagine what it would feel like to have this in the body,
Reconnect with that emotion,
That feeling sense that you would love to have if you got this wish,
If this wish would have come true,
Break it down and notice when was the last time you felt this feeling that you are associating this wish with?
When was the last time you felt this feeling?
Go back to that memory.
What was happening there?
That expansive,
Open,
What did you feel?
Just breathe that memory in.
Drop the story now of the memory and just be in the body.
Remember,
Remember that you can feel this anytime you want.
What it is that you want is not the source of this feeling,
You are.
Not only are you deserving a feeling in this way,
You are capable of it right now.
Notice how the feeling in your mind spreads to parts of your body.
Notice how your head feels,
Limitless,
Present,
Grateful,
Content.
Notice how it spreads to different parts.
Notice how your feet,
Your legs,
Your knees,
Your hips,
How does it feel?
How do these parts feel in this moment?
Now repeat after me.
I'm so happy I got fill in the blank.
It surprised me.
It's more and better than I could have ever imagined.
I'm so grateful.
What we're doing is we're bringing this feeling sense of the body into the wish as if it's happening right now,
Telling the mind that this is real.
I can have this,
Beautiful.
So if we're going to have this,
And we already have accepted that we are capable of feeling in this way,
That we are capable of loving ourselves because we have faith that whatever does happen,
We can surrender to the outcome because we do make the most of what happens for us.
We need to clear out any limited beliefs that may be stuck holding ourselves back.
So I just want you to go back to that initial prompt.
I wish,
I want.
Repeat it again.
And now answer or complete this,
Yeah,
But listen to your doubts,
The excuses,
The blocks,
The challenges that your mind is trying to remind you of.
Yeah,
But your limited beliefs are pretty important because they play a pivotal role in your perception of safety.
To disregard them would be in denial of the mind's power.
So we can lovingly acknowledge all of the lists that we have built up as to why what we want,
What we desire,
What we wish for cannot be.
And we can give them an acknowledgement.
We can empathize with why perhaps we do believe these things at some core level.
Because of experiences,
Because of perceptions of those experiences,
Because of the pain experienced in the past.
We are not disregarding the yeah,
But list.
But we're acknowledging that that's just one side of the coin.
And if those things happen,
If those challenges arise,
Guess what?
You are the alchemist.
You will use those challenges to strengthen the bond,
The devotion,
The commitment to achieving what it is that you want,
Because you know that you are capable.
You're capable of asking and receiving for help.
You are capable of asking and receiving for miracles.
You're capable and willing to take one step towards your desire today.
And with that commitment to just one step,
We remember the feeling.
And we let go of the vision of what it will look like.
We let go of the timeline because we are in tempo with the soul's rhythm.
We listen for that reassurance,
That nudge toward the next step.
We remain still until the truth and knowing is a constant whisper,
A subtle nudge that we cannot deny.
So the limited beliefs we see now as a form of protection,
Bringing into the light allows for us to lovingly choose the second thought,
The conscious thought after the habitual fear makes itself known.
It no longer runs behind the scene.
It is front and center so that we can redirect it,
So that we can change the character,
Acknowledge its power,
And give it a new voice.
This is the redirection from the soul.
The ego now takes the direction,
Listens to the expert,
And trusts that you,
The soul,
The director of this show,
Will get it to what it is that you both desire.
As a unit,
As a team on this earth plane,
You surrender the outcome and you do one thing after the next,
Anchoring yourself in this feeling attributed to this desire.
Belief in your ability to create what it is that you want no matter what the outcome of each decision becomes,
You are the alchemist.
What is it today?
What are you going to do today?
Listen.
Now repeat after me.
I have faith that I can do this.
I have faith in my ability to lovingly overcome the fear,
The block.
I have faith I can surrender the outcome because I am doing my part.
So I'd love for you to just give yourself a nice big hug,
Maybe even bring your knees up to the chest.
Give a nice squeeze of the knees into the chest,
Maybe even sway side to side,
Giving yourself a nice rock back and forth.
And release,
Lay down if you are already into the star position,
Giving yourself a nice big stretch and smile.
Take a nice deep breath in through the nose and a nice sigh out.
