Good morning,

My friend.

It is a beautiful morning.

I am grateful that we are here sharing this space,

Welcoming a new day.

Good morning to you.

As you awaken into this new day,

Take time to stretch your body.

Circle your neck and shoulders.

Feel your body lengthen wherever you are.

Bring your awareness to your breath and notice if,

In your awakening,

It has already become more rushed.

If so,

Slow it down and breathe.

Take this time for self-care to prepare for the day.

Breathe deeply and hold,

Releasing your breath by imagining it traveling through your whole body and leaving through your toes.

Now imagine it coming through your toes as you breathe in and exiting from the crown of your head as you breathe out.

Say good morning to the sun of spring,

Even if it is hiding through the clouds.

It is there to say hello to you.

Feel the morning energy around you,

The passing of winter,

The emergence of spring.

Imagine the light in your room coming through the windows.

This will be a good morning.

This is the sun's rebirth.

There is creation,

Creativity in the air.

On this good morning,

You awaken to good fortune and new opportunities,

Things that are bursting forth that you have been keeping as seeds all winter.

My friend,

Spring is the season of hope,

Inspiration,

And healing.

Feel that energy infuse you as you begin this new day.

The spring equinox is a time of balance.

The day and night are equal.

The light is growing stronger.

What is growing inside of you,

Envision that as truth in your life.

The light in your life is growing stronger too.

Whatever you can create in your imagination,

You can also create in your reality.

Spring is proof of manifestation over and over again.

You may ask Mother Nature right now to hold you in her wisdom,

To guide you into bringing your wishes to fruition.

This is a beautiful day filled with opportunities and hope.

This good morning,

This feeling of nature's energy within you,

This connection is always with you.

As you begin to get ready for this day's excitement,

Continue this breathing.

Create a slight smile.

Knowing that this is a good morning and Mother Nature has created a good day ahead for you.

When you are ready,

Slowly open your eyes and get ready to go forth for this day.

Let me know in the comments what you plan to do to create a good day ahead.

A great reminder of how to have a good day! I plan on allowing myself time to relax during the day. Not just at the end.
