Let your breath be easy.
No pressure.
No perfect way to do this.
Just one breath at a time.
As you breathe,
Notice the place beneath you supporting you.
Notice your body here in the moment.
Notice that you do not have to rush right now.
Take one more slow inhale.
And a long,
Gentle exhale.
You are allowed to soften.
You are allowed to pause.
You are allowed to begin again.
And when you are ready,
Gently wiggle your fingers.
Bring awareness back to yourself.
And carry the softness with you into the rest of your day.
