Begin by finding a comfortable seated position,

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose,

Then slowly exhale through your mouth,

Let go of any tension in your body and focus on the present moment.

Welcome yourself to this meditation and acknowledge that you are taking a meaningful step towards becoming your best version of yourself.

I want you to take three slow deep breaths in,

Inhaling for a count of four,

Holding for a count of four,

And exhaling for a count of six.

With each breath,

Imagine inhaling clarity and exhaling any doubt or resistance you may have.

Focus on the sensation in your body,

The gentle rise and fall of your chest,

The grounding connection of your body to the surface beneath you.

Now picture yourself one year from now,

Living as the person you want to be.

Visualize their habits,

The way they move,

The way they speak,

And the choices they make each day.

Imagine this version of you as a calm,

Confident,

And someone who is aligned with their values.

Now bring your attention to the present moment and imagine each small decision you make,

What you eat,

How you spend your time,

The thoughts you choose to focus on,

All of that is a vote for your future self and the person you're becoming.

With every inhale,

See yourself casting a positive vote.

With every exhale,

Release habits,

Choices,

Or mindsets that no longer serve you.

Now listen to these affirmations as you continue to breathe and focus on your best self.

Every small choice I make shapes the person I am becoming.

I am capable of creating positive change one step at a time.

I align my actions with my highest self.

Now I want you to reflect on one area of your life where you can begin making intentional,

Positive choices.

Now hold that in your heart.

Now take a deep breath in and a deep breath out,

Gently bringing your awareness back to your body.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes and whenever you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Thank you for taking time for yourself to grow into the person you want to be and reflect and commit to your journey of becoming your best self.
