Welcome to this guided breathing.

I hope this meditation can bring you a bit of peace in today.

I want you to start by settling your shoulders,

Let your jaw loosen,

And remember your only job right now is to just breathe.

We'll breathe in for four and out for six.

This is the magic breathing ratio that tells your nervous system that it's safe.

I want you to inhale two,

Three,

Four,

And exhale for two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

And let's do it again.

Inhale two,

Three,

Four,

Exhale for two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

One more time,

But we're going to do it a bit slower.

Inhale two,

Let your breathing return to its own rhythm.

Notice the space inside of you that wasn't available a minute ago.
