
Prana Breathing Meditation For Release And Expansion

With this meditation you'll slow down more and more, connecting with your breath and your body. Releasing what doesn't serve you anymore, giving it back to Mother Earth and slowly becoming aware of the prana energy around you. You will be guided to connect your physical breath with your energetic breath and deepen the energetic flow within your system.

Take a moment and get back completely to yourself.
Close your eyes and connect your attention to your breath.
And breathe with your awareness through all of your body.
Gently caressing all of your skin,
Your flesh,
The fluids inside of your body,
The empty spaces,
The void inside of your body,
The bone structures.
And just gently breathe through all of it,
Allowing the sounds of nature to move and to dance through you,
Feeling the movement of the birds,
Activating this dance and this move in our body.
And with every breath that you take,
You feel yourself sink deeper and deeper inside of the earth.
You become more and more grounded,
More present,
Here and now,
Feeling that everything is okay,
Just as it is.
And become more aware of the sensations in your body.
What is it that we feel?
And which parts in our body are asking for our attention right now?
And without wanting to change or to give a story to it,
We just gently breathe through these places in our body.
We can become very present here and start to feel the physical sensations of whatever is present.
Maybe you can give a shape to it,
A structure,
A color.
Whatever helps you make it more tangible.
In this way,
We show our body that we see what's going on.
We accept whatever is there.
In this way,
We can lovingly embrace it.
And whenever we breathe out,
We can let this tension or restriction or whatever it was,
We can give it back to Mother Earth.
Just like that,
With ease and grace.
And then whenever you breathe in,
You can breathe in the support from Mother Earth,
The support from nature,
Qualities that we would like to embody more.
So every time you breathe out,
You let go of some more of the tensions,
The stress or anything you've been carrying with you throughout this day or this week or this month.
And every time you breathe in,
You allow yourself to be nurtured.
Every time you breathe in,
You allow yourself to be nurtured and loved by all of life.
You allow yourself to be supported and nourished.
To feel whole and perfect,
Just as you are right here,
Right now.
Take a moment to enjoy whatever is present with you.
No need to give a name to it.
Just feel whatever is there and tell your body,
I see you,
I feel you,
I'm here for you,
Right now.
And I'll take care of you.
And the nice thing is we don't have to do it all by ourselves.
We can allow nature and all of life to support us.
And whatever we release,
We give back to Mother Earth.
And these things that we let go of,
She can turn into rebirth power,
Into beautiful new life which can sprout again from the earth.
So know that everything and anything you release is a gift to Mother Earth.
And any quality you decide to embody stronger is a gift for yourself,
For your surroundings,
For your family,
For humanity.
So just let it flow with ease,
With grace.
And feel how your body becomes more and more like a sponge.
How the hairs on your body are becoming like little antennas,
Almost like trees that are absorbing the wind all around us.
The hairs on your body want to take in all the energies around you.
So this way we can connect our physical breath with our energetic breath.
And then you can notice that there's a whole field of pranic energy around you.
Diamantina particles of love light.
Diamantina particles of love light.
Very tiny,
But very present.
And you can choose to breathe them in,
Just like you breathe in the air in your lungs.
You can choose to take in this energy with all of your body and all of your cells.
So whenever you breathe in,
You allow your body to breathe from 360 degrees around you.
And let these pranic energies,
These particles of love light penetrate your skin,
Enter your cells,
And bless you with love,
With light,
With joy.
And with support for these big times of transformation.
You can stay in stillness for a moment.
And let the energy mix with your own energy,
With your own love,
With your own light,
With your own joy.
With any quality that you feel important right here and right now.
And then every time you breathe out,
You breathe out these qualities 360 degrees around you.
You allow your body to radiate it outwards,
And to share it with your environment,
With the nature,
With the people around you,
With your loved ones.
Maybe even going as far as your city,
Or your country,
Or even all over it.
Spreading your love,
Your light,
Your qualities far and wide.
So you don't have to hold on to any of these energies.
These energies,
They just want to flow,
They want to move through you.
Just like the birds here are moving through the sky,
Dancing through the wind.
This way these energies also dance through your body,
Blessing you,
Nurturing you.
And then,
When you breathe out,
You use them to bless everyone around you.
Just by being,
Just by breathing.
And you can play a little game with it,
If you'd like.
Every time you breathe in,
You breathe in from 360 degrees around you more love,
More light,
More joy,
More pleasure in your system.
And every time you breathe out,
You share it even more around you.
And you start to make this flow stronger and stronger.
Every time you breathe in,
You just breathe in a tiny bit more than the last time.
And you keep building it up.
You let your body overflow with this support,
With this love,
With this light.
And then you start to notice or you focus on recharging,
On filling up your entire system.
There's not that much need to focus on letting go.
We let go automatically.
Because our body is taking in beautiful support from all around us.
From the earth,
From the cosmos,
From the nature around us.
So it's taking in more and more beauty.
And this way it can release whatever it doesn't need anymore.
Making space for even more love,
More light,
More joy to enter your system.
Allow the birds to not only sing for your ears,
But also to sing for yourselves.
Don't listen to them only with your ears,
But listen to them with all of your body.
Take their love and their support.
Share it with your own love.
Radiate it outwards.
Feel how you're calming down more and more.
More presence.
More at ease.
More and more.
More and more.
More and more.
More and more.
More and more.
More presence.
More at ease with yourself.
With your surroundings.
With the stories that you carry with us.
And feel your interconnectedness with all of life.
Flowing together in this beautiful life.
