The storm around you doesn't have to become the storm within you.
You deserve to be at peace.
So regardless of what's going on all around,
Allow yourself to relax,
To center,
And to ground yourself.
Take a few deeper breaths in and out.
Inhale through your nose,
And exhale through your mouth.
You can let a slight sound come out of your mouth.
Whenever you breathe out,
You release some of the tensions from the last few days.
You allow your nervous system to settle itself again.
And every time you breathe in,
You allow peace,
Calmness,
Harmony to enter your system,
To enter your body,
Your temple,
And to dance and to move through you.
So,
The more that you take in,
The more that you can radiate outwards.
So allow yourself to rest.
Allow yourself to become at peace completely where you are right now.
And just breathe.
Just be.

Allow your body to express.
And just gently keep flowing through your body,
Through your temple.
And if possible,
Try to paint a smile on your face.
The more that you're joyful,
The more that you smile,
The more that you allow your body to take in these peaceful energies.
All of life around us,
Nature,
And everything it represents is here to support us.
We don't have to do it all alone.
Nature moves at its own pace,
And still it gets everything done just in the right time.
And you are nature as well.
So allow yourself to take things slow.
Allow yourself to know that you're on track.
There's nothing that needs to happen right now.
You're already perfect just as you are.
So breathe in this calmness.
Breathe in this stillness.
And feel and experience how your body settles down more and more.
How it becomes more and more at peace.
Allow your nervous system to settle itself and to regulate.
And all the tensions that are still there with you,
Just gently breathe them out.
Let them flow.
Let them move.
This way,
You become more and more in harmony with yourself,
With your essence.
You become more and more at peace.
And this way,
You become a sanctuary of peace.
You become the embodiment of peace.
And allow this peaceful flow to move through your body and to fill up your heart completely.
Let it overflow.
Maybe give it a color that you like,
Or a vision,
An idea.
You can visualize it just the way that you like.
Maybe you just want to write the letters of peace of the words inside of your heart.
And you start to breathe peace.
You start to be peace.
And just stay with that.
Stay with your breath.
Stay present in your body.
And allow yourself to radiate these peaceful energies outwards.
Whenever you breathe in,
You allow peace to enter your system,
Your temple,
Your body.
And whenever you breathe out,
You share it with your environment,
With your loved ones.
Maybe even with your town,
Or your city,
Or your country,
Or the entire world.
You become the embodiment of peace,
The sanctuary of peace,
That the world so desperately needs right now.
And stay with this flow.
Let it dance.
Let it move through you.
Let it soothe you.
Let it support you and nourish you.
