Take a few deeper breaths,

In and out,

And allow yourself to sing in this space,

In your body,

In your presence,

Wherever you are right now.

Just tune in and listen to your body,

Listen to what it's telling you,

And try to calm your system,

Try to calm yourself.

There's nothing that needs to be changed right now.

Just be with the feeling for a moment.

We all go through intense situations at certain moments in our life,

And it can feel very overwhelming at moments.

So we're not here to judge,

We're not here to want to immediately change ourselves.

What's really wanted right now is that we can accept whatever is there,

To be there,

To be there,

Without wanting to change it.

Just embrace the thoughts,

Embrace the feelings,

And at the same time,

Allow yourself to connect deeper with your essence.

Feel how your roots are anchoring themselves in the heart,

In the center of Mother Earth,

And how our loving energy,

Like a magnetic pull and energy of love,

Can just move through you like that,

To support your essence,

And feel how you're always supported and guided and taken care of,

How life is always here to support us,

And allow the energy from the cosmos,

From the universe,

To move through you as well.

The electrical enlightening light of the universe that gently and lovingly supports you,

Brings your mind at ease,

And makes you more present wherever you are,

Whatever is going on.

And see if you've got some energy in you to try and paint a smile on your face,

To add joy to this experience,

The love coming from Mother Earth,

The light coming from the universe,

And you as a human with the task to add unconditional joy to it as well.

See if you can feel yourself nourished and supported at this moment.

And now,

When you feel your essence flowing through you,

Let's go back to this intensity with which we started this little meditation,

And take a moment to connect with your lower self or with your inner child,

And do this connection from a space of wholeness,

A space of being already connected with the flow of all of life.

Know and feel how your spirit,

Your authentic self,

Is always with you and supporting and guiding you,

And allow your higher self to move through you.

This way,

You can be your own biggest support in this moment.

So take your inner child with you,

Take your lower self with you,

And just ask,

What is it that you really need right now?

Very often we feel that we're lacking something,

And that it needs to come from out of ourselves.

Somebody else has to give it to us in a certain way or form.

So try to tune in and to feel what it is that's lacking at the moment,

And if you can embody it yourself,

If you can embrace these energies within your system,

Knowing that they're always available to you,

And from that space,

Calm your own little self,

Embrace it,

Hold it tight and lovingly in your arms,

And just nourish it,

Support it and cherish it with all the love,

All the light,

All the joy that you can experience right now.

This way,

You become your own best healer,

And any external circumstance that triggers something within you can be embraced and led to something beautiful that you create and embody instead.

So put your hands on your body and hold yourself as close as possible,

Breathing together with yourself,

With your essence,

With your spirit and your soul,

And with your inner child.

Let it know that you won't abandon it anymore,

And every time it becomes a little bit agitated or overwhelmed,

Take your time to be gentle again,

Supportive,

Loving and caring,

And provide for yourself the support that you always needed,

And when you feel the support in you flowing and growing,

Activate it also in your heart,

And from your heart space,

Make the wish that the healing that you experience right now in,

Through and around you,

That you want to share it with all of life,

With everyone that walks the earth,

And it might go through similar challenges in this time of their life.

By putting out merit towards others,

We allow the healing in ourselves to take place and to anchor even stronger,

And at the same time,

We share our vibrations,

Our loving solutions with the world.

In this way,

We also support the growth and the changes happening in all of life at this moment.
