This approach meets you where you are, especially if you are navigating midlife shifts, identity changes, burnout, or recovery from relational trauma. My teaching is grounded in the core principles of Kundalini Yoga, combined with a clear understanding of how the Nervous System shapes behavior, emotional patterns, and healing capacity. Through breath, movement, and sound, you learn how to regulate your system, build resilience, and reconnect with your body in a way that feels safe and sustainable. I work with women 40 plus and LGBTQIA plus communities who are ready to move out of survival patterns and into self-trust, clarity, and spiritual connection. This is not about pushing or performing. This is about learning how to listen to your body, set boundaries, and stay present with yourself. My spaces are structured, supportive, and grounded in real-life application. Each practice is designed to help you feel more stable, more aware, and more connected to your own inner authority. This work goes beyond movement. It supports emotional processing, identity integration, and a return to your own rhythm, on your terms.
