Explore MeditationSissy draws inspiration from various lineages, blending a variety of styles into her teaching, while encouraging students to “listen” inwardly to the wisdom of their own unique body and allow the practice to serve and support them where they are, as they are. Sissy also instructs guided Meditation and Pranayama techniques to create a calm, focused mindset while enabling the nervous system to relax and regulate. In addition to yoga, she is also a Usui Reiki Master and a certified Clinical Aromatherapist. Certifications include: C-IAYT, E- RYT 500, Pre/Postnatal Yoga, Yin Yoga and Restorative. Her mission is to help others learn to cultivate harmony in body, mind, and heart, in order to navigate life’s waves with more grace and ease. Sissy lives in Long Island, NY with her husband, son and sweet little cat - Dancing Queen.
