Find a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down.

Close your eyes gently and take a deep breath in through your nose,

Filling your lungs completely.

Hold it for a moment and then slowly exhale through your mouth.

Let go of any tension you may be holding on to.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to sink deeper into relaxation.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Focus on the rhythm of your breath.

Inhale and exhale.

Feel the air filling your body and the release as you let it go.

Allow your thoughts or distractions to drift away.

You are here in this moment,

Ready to explore the abundance that exists in your life.

Now visualize a warm golden light surrounding you.

This light represents abundance in all forms,

Love,

Joy,

Health and prosperity.

With each breath,

Imagine this light growing brighter and more vibrant,

Enveloping you completely.

As you breathe in,

Imagine this golden light entering your body,

Filling you with warmth and positivity.

As you exhale,

Visualize any doubts or negativity leaving your body,

Dissipating into the air around you.

Begin to reflect on the abundance in your life.

Think of three things you are grateful for.

They can be big or small.

Perhaps it's the love of your family and friends,

A cozy home,

Or even the beauty of nature.

Allow yourself to feel the gratitude for these things.

With each breath,

Let this gratitude expand within you,

Filling you with a sense of richness.

Now let's focus on abundance in a broader sense.

Picture all the opportunities that life has to offer.

Imagine them as golden doors waiting to be opened.

Visualize yourself standing in front of these doors,

Feeling excited and hopeful.

Know that you have the power to open them and invite abundance into your life.

As you visualize these doors,

Repeat to yourself,

I am worthy of abundance.

Abundance flows to me effortlessly.

I embrace the opportunities that come my way.

Feel these affirmations resonate within you,

Growing stronger with each repetition.

Now it's time to bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Start by gently wiggling your fingers and toes,

Becoming aware of your surroundings.

When you're ready,

Take a deep breath in,

Feeling the abundance you've cultivated within you.

As you exhale,

Release any remaining tension.

Know that the abundance in your life is ever-present,

And you can return to this feeling whenever you need to.

When you feel ready,

Slowly open your eyes.

Take a moment to notice how you feel.

Carry this sense of abundance with you throughout your day,

Knowing that you are surrounded by limitless possibilities.

Thank you for sharing this moment of meditation.

Remember,

Abundance is not just what you have.

It's also about how you feel and perceive the world around you.

You truly have abundance in your life.
