My name Ekaterina Adabashian. I has been practicing meditation in a variety of traditions since 2005. I attend many different courses, retreats and classes in Europe, Asia, America and Hon-Kong. Mainly my path belongs to Tibetan Tradition - Mahayana and Vadjrayana. And I became a student of tibetian Lama Mingyur Rinpoche after meeting him in 2010. I am a leader in the Tergar Moscow community, in same time i leads meditation off-line classes and seminars. In addition to studying Buddhist philosophy, my hobbies include traveling, publishing and jewelry making, but my main project these days is son Amit and his little brother Alexander. I live mainly on the island Koh Phangan, Thailand. And every year caming back and spend some months in Moscow, Russia. Now in a prosses to make a step to an on-line meditation programmes, which I'm going to lead for a benefit of others.
