Amy is a yoga, meditation, and breathwork instructor, and a social worker (LCSW). She finds that a regular movement practice brings her mental and emotional clarity, and makes her feel grounded, centered, and sensual in her body. Amy completed the Body Temple Yoga School’s 200-hour Head to Heart yoga teacher training in 2018.
