Amy completed the Body Temple Yoga School’s 200-hour Head to Heart yoga teacher training in 2018. She aims to support students of all levels in seeking the truest and most vibrant expressions of themselves through breathwork, asana, and meditation.

Helpful little technique, quickly and effective for centering and coming back into your body. I felt a buzzing throughout my body after the meditation finished and I sat with it for a few more moments. Thank you for sharing 🙏🏻
