Ailey Jolie is a Chartered Psychologist (CPsychol) with the British Psychological Society (BPS), holding both a Master of Counselling Psychology and a Master of Arts in Depth Psychology with an Emphasis in Somatic Studies. Her work is deeply informed by both academic study and personal experience, blending depth psychology, relational somatics, and mindfulness to support healing and embodiment. Ailey has studied Trauma Recovery at Harvard Medical School, Sex Therapy at the University of Guelph, and Eating Disorder Treatment at University College London. She is a certified Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and Focusing-Oriented Therapist, with additional training in Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and Hakomi.
