My name is Ale Garnica and I am so happy that you are here today.
This is a visualization practice created with the intention to bring freedom,
Joy and fun while spending time with your inner child.
I invite you to close your eyes and pay attention to your inner silence.
And now move your attention to the rhythm of your breath.
And observe how your chest and your tummy expand when you inhale and how they contract when you exhale.
Now let's take a deep breath together.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Imagine that you are standing in front of a door where a warm light seeps through the cracks.
The glow of this light draws you in and it invites you to step inside.
As you open the door,
You find yourself in a breathtaking space.
A beautiful green and very soft carpet of grass is beneath your feet.
There are amazing tall trees and flowers of every single color everywhere you look.
Right in the middle of this beautiful place you see your inner child sitting down,
Lost in their own world,
Playing,
Creating,
Imagining.
You walk towards them and when you are a few steps closer,
They notice your presence.
They look at you and their eyes light up with a sparkle of recognition.
A smile full of wonder spreads across their face.
You extend your hand and without hesitation they take it.
They get up and they reach out to hold your other hand.
And they're looking straight into your eyes and without any words they invite you to play.
They guide you to start spinning together,
Hand in hand.
You start spinning slowly,
You feel the movement and then you spin faster and faster and faster.
Weightless,
Fearless.
Their laughter is so pure,
So contagious.
And it invites you to laugh.
You laugh together,
Feeling the wind dance through your hair and brushing against your skin.
And you notice that everything around you begins to fade,
Dissolving into light.
And there's only you and your inner child spinning in a very playful way.
You feel happy,
Free,
Present.
And gently you squeeze their small hands,
Letting them know how much you are enjoying this beautiful moment.
And they squeeze back as if to say,
Me too,
I'm enjoying it too.
After a few moments you both begin to slow down,
Spinning slower and slower.
And slower until you come to a complete stop.
Once again,
You are standing in front of each other,
Face to face.
Your eyes meet and you notice the flush on their cheeks and the rhythm of their breath.
Slowly they let go of your hands.
And while still smiling,
They sit back down in the same spot where you first found them.
And you notice that the grass,
The trees,
And the flowers reappear.
Wrapping your inner child in their world of joy and fun.
They smile at you one last time.
And with a very loving touch on their face,
You say goodbye.
You turn around and start walking towards the same door where you came in.
And right before leaving,
You feel the pull to look back.
And you notice that your inner child is still watching you.
And just by the look in your eyes,
You whisper to them,
I promise to find my way back to this joy,
Just like I did today.
And they smile,
Knowing that you will.
As you step out and close the door behind you,
You notice that they return to their world of play just as they were before.
A deep sense of gratitude washes over you.
Feeling every part of your body.
And you close your eyes.
And when you open them again,
You find yourself right where you are in this moment.
Meditating.
Now,
Bring your hands to your heart.
And with a gentle smile,
Make yourself a promise.
To keep your inner child close.
To welcome their innocence,
Their playfulness,
Their freedom.
And to carry that light within you every single day.
Now,
Let's close this practice by taking three deep breaths together.
Breathe in.
And breathe out.
Breathe in.
And breathe out.
And one more,
Breathe in.
And when you breathe out,
Make a huge smile filled with gratitude.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
