Hey,
Welcome to this video.
My name's Alex.
It is so nice to have you here.
This exercise is very,
Very effective at alleviating anxiety.
So if you find that anxiety sometimes creeps in throughout the day and you just need a quick fix to help solve it just for the time being,
This can be a fantastic method that I found has worked for me,
But it works for a lot of people and has proven to work time and again.
So let's begin this exercise.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and when you get to about 80 90 percent you didn't take the rest in And like,
You know,
With a boost,
You can just go.
.
.
And then OK,
We're going to do five of those.
And then on the fifth,
We'll exhale and hold for about 10 seconds.
We're going to do five rounds of those,
Okay?
And then we'll see how you feel after,
Okay?
So let's begin.
Find yourself seated upright in a comfortable position.
Ensure that your hands are in a comfortable position as well.
And let's begin.
So deep breath in through the nose.
All the way out and exhale and hold now 10 seconds and in.
And out all the way.
And hold 10 seconds.
Aim Last one.
All the way out.
And hold.
And in Oh,
God.
In Out.
And all the way out.
And hold on the exhale.
Keep holding.
In last one.
And all the way out.
Keep holding for 10 seconds.
And in.
HOLD.
And slowly breathe out for as long as you can.
Relaxing your muscles as you breathe out.
Noticing how Much calmer you feel.
With just a few breaths in a few minutes.
And go back to your natural rhythm of breath.
Notice how you feel in this moment.
When you're ready you may gently Open your eyes.
Enjoy the rest of your day.
Thanks for your time.
Much love.
