A gentle invitation into breath and presence. So often, our minds drift to the past or race toward the future, but through this practice, we can return to the now. In embracing this moment, we rediscover a sense of inner peace that can gently rise and ripple into our daily lives.

Find yourself in a space where you are comfortable and allow your body to gently move releasing any tension that you may be feeling.

And as you breathe in,

Breathe in with the awareness of the breath.

And as you breathe out,

Breathe out through your mouth allowing yourself to release any tension through your jaw.

As you breathe back in,

Breathing in through the nose and breathing out through the mouth.

Letting go of any thoughts,

Busyness of your day.

And then as you gently exhale your next breath,

Close your lips and bring awareness to where your lips touch.

And then settle in to noticing your breath the ebb and flow as it moves in and out of your body.

Try not to change it or control it in any way.

Allow yourself to witness as it flows through you.

The universe flowing in and out,

The life force expanding through you.

As you breathe in,

You embrace life itself,

You embrace this very moment.

And as you breathe out,

Allow yourself to let go of any tension,

Any busy thoughts,

Any concerns.

Let the gift of the inhalation remind you of the precious moment you are living right now.

The presence of being.

Feel the inhalation wash through you with peace and harmony as you align your mind to where your body is.

Every exhalation allowing you to let go of what is not you.

Past thoughts,

Concerns around the future.

Witness the breath and allow it to bring you into the presence of this moment.

The most precious gift.

The moment that you are living right now.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Soften through your body.

Soften through your mind.

Soften through your emotions.

Embrace all that you are in your divinity.
