Amanda Dollinger is a meditation teacher, creative, and self-described spiritual anthropologist who helps people return to presence through breath, embodiment, and heart-centered awareness. Amanda’s formal meditation practice began in 2017, when transcendental meditation first showed her how profoundly stillness could change a life. But in many ways, meditation gave language and structure to something she had been navigating since childhood: a deeply sensitive nervous system, strong intuitive gifts, and a lifelong awareness of realities that are not always easy to explain. Meditation became the practice that helped her ground the mystical into the human. Amanda’s wisdom has often been described as older than her chronological age. She has been called a channel, a healer, and a guru, but she rejects those titles in favor of something simpler and truer: a real human being, connected to the divine, still learning how to live with both feet on the earth.
