In this guided meditation we are invited to meet and reconnect with our own inner child. Using visualization and the breath, this is an opportunity for us to get to know ourselves on an even deeper level.

Welcome,

Love,

To this intuitively guided meditation.

This meditation has been created as a way for you to connect and reconnect with your inner child,

The little me that is within you.

So I will be taking you through a visualization process,

Accessing the breath,

Allowing us to meet or reconnect with that inner child that resides within every single one of us.

We'll start by taking a comfortable seated position,

Or if you would rather lay down for this meditation,

You may do so also.

Whatever is gonna allow you to be the most comfortable and also just surrender and just be comfortable and surrender and come home to that peace that is already within you.

So take some time here to get comfortable.

I found comfort is so crucial to having a peaceful meditation.

We'll start together by bringing awareness into the breath.

This powerful life force that flows in and out of our bodies allowing us to experience this human life,

Experience the earth,

Experience all the other living things that are surrounding us.

As you bring attention to the breath,

Notice how you're breathing naturally.

So you're breathing shallow or restricted in any way.

Allow yourself this time to deepen the breath.

Maybe you even breathe in for one second longer than you were before.

Hold it at the top for as long as you feel necessary.

And when you're ready,

Exhale,

Allow your body to relax even deeper.

We'll take one clearing breath together.

So inhale through the nose,

Hold at the top,

And then we'll exhale out through the mouth.

And allow yourself to just make any noises that feel comfortable for your body,

Sigh it out.

Allow your shoulders to drop,

Allow your jaw to unclench.

Deep breath in.

And release.

We'll take two more breaths like this together.

Inhale.

Clear it all out.

One more cleansing breath.

Exhale,

Release.

Ah.

Know that at any point throughout this meditation,

If you feel your mind coming in or you get distracted at any point in time,

That's okay.

Just anchor back into that breath,

That life force,

And allow yourself to come back into this present moment.

Now,

Whenever you're ready and whenever it feels comfortable for you,

Allow your eyes to gently close.

Continue your awareness with your breath.

Can continue to breathe in this rhythm if that honors you and feels good for you.

And as your eyes begin to close,

Allow yourself through your mind's eye to enter a space that feels safe for you.

Choose a space that feels like home to your soul.

Maybe it's out in nature.

Maybe it's at a waterfall or the ocean on a beach or a beautiful forest,

An enchanting meadow.

Allow your mind to go where your soul wants to go here today where you feel safe,

Protected,

Supported,

And free.

As you arrive to this space,

You notice a path,

It's lit up so beautifully,

Perhaps by the sunlight or the moonlight.

You see it sparkling,

Glittering,

Just calling out to you,

Inviting you gently to walk along this path.

Maybe there's wild flowers on each side of this path.

Or crystals,

Rainbows,

Gems.

Whatever feels great for you.

Whatever your soul wants to create through your mind's eye.

As you walk along this path,

You feel this light,

This light,

This light,

This light,

As you walk along this path,

You feel this sense of being protected and feeling safe.

Like this is the most beautiful,

Mystical,

And magical place you've ever been.

Soaking it all in.

Noticing if there are any particular smells that make you feel safe,

Make your soul feel at home.

And as you continue to blissfully walk along this path,

You notice that you're making your way to an archway.

You see a child standing beneath the archway.

And as you approach this child,

You begin to feel this remembrance.

As you get closer and closer,

You recognize that it's you.

The child version of yourself.

Your little me,

Standing under this archway,

Looking angelic and beautiful,

Happy and free.

Notice any feelings that are coming up here as you approach this younger and most pure form of yourself.

Most pure form of yourself.

If there are any feelings arising up as you approach your little me,

Your inner child,

Just take note of them.

Remind yourself that you are safe in this space.

You are protected,

You are loved and you are free.

As your inner child version of you sees you approaching,

You notice a giant smile on their face.

So grateful to see you.

So happy that you're choosing to meet them here.

And now as you are face to face with your little me,

Maybe you even reach out both hands to join hands with this younger mystical version of yourself.

Notice how it feels to be here with you,

With your inner child.

Notice what feelings and sensations are arising here.

Is there any timidness?

Can you feel this connection?

Just notice these feelings.

And allow whatever comes up for you and your inner child to just be.

As you look deeply into each other's eyes,

You're recognizing that by doing this,

You're having direct access to your own soul.

What messages are coming through for you,

Dear one?

Notice if there's anything that your little me has to say to you,

Or vice versa,

Anything that you have to say,

Anything that comes up for you to express to this younger version of you.

Are there any messages you have for one another?

I invite you at this time to ask your little me this younger,

Pure version of yourself,

Of your soul.

Ask them what they need right now.

Maybe you ask them what it is that they needed so desperately at this time of age in their lives,

In this point of their journey.

Allow them to express to you what it is that they're most yearning for.

Allow whatever comes up for you to just come up and arise as it does.

Accept this information lovingly and with grace,

Remembering that this is you speaking to your own soul.

Now,

I invite you to assure or tell your little me,

Your inner child standing right in front of you,

Tell them something that has been on your heart.

Perhaps it's something that you've wanted them to know for a long time.

Perhaps it's an expression of gratitude,

Or just a deep expression of love.

Whatever it is,

Take this opportunity to deliver this message to your little me.

As you stand before one another,

Staring into the soul of your own,

Holding hands,

Offering love,

Support,

This most pure energy of unconditional love between the two of you.

Remind this inner child,

This younger,

Most pure version of yourself that they are loved.

Thank them for meeting you here today.

And be an acceptance of them offering their gratitude to you for meeting them here in this journey.

As you soak in this precious moment with one another,

Take this time to do whatever feels good for you both.

Maybe you just hold each other,

Give each other a loving hug.

Remind each other any affirmations that you need to hear right now.

Reminding you,

You are strong,

You are worthy,

You are healthy,

You are safe,

You are protected.

You are so loved.

As you fully embrace each other's loving presence,

Know that this is always available for you.

For your inner child,

Your little me is a part of you that will always reside within you.

That will always deliver you messages if you're open to receiving them.

That will always let you know what it is your soul is yearning for.

Now take this time to say see you later to your little me.

As you begin to walk back on this path,

Back to where you came from,

You turn back around and see this version of yourself as absolute purity.

You see this inner child version of you glowing and gleaming with light and love.

So grateful that you took this time to be here with them today.

As you turn back around and continue to walk fearlessly back on your path,

Notice these sensations that you feel right now.

The emotions that could be rising up in this process and in this journey could be varied.

So just allow yourself to remember that you are safe.

Be gentle with yourself at this time and express so much loving gratitude for you for taking this time and space to meet with your little me,

To walk along this sparkling path,

To feel safe and free in this beautiful space that you've allowed yourself to be in here in this moment.

Maybe you even take one more look around at this space with a giant smile on your face,

Expressing the gratitude for the ability to be here in this moment.

As you prepare to come back to the physical space you're in,

Do this process gently.

Maybe start by simply just bringing the awareness back into the breath.

Maybe now you wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Whenever you're ready,

You may choose to open your eyes when it's most comfortable for you.

Look around and notice if anything feels or seems different to you now.

As you take note of these feelings,

Allow yourself the gift of peace,

This gift of connection,

This deeper essence of knowing who you are at the core,

This reconnection and remembrance of your own soul.

Be gentle with yourself,

Dear one,

As you move throughout this day,

Again,

Reminding yourself that this connection is always available to you.

I express so much gratitude to you for listening to this guided meditation,

Being open to this process,

For I know it's not always easy.

May the rest of your day be filled with miracles,

Joy,

Abundance,

Peace and love.
