Take these moments to support your physical body by placing pillows,

And even using an eye pillow.
Support your neck.
Settle your shoulders down away from your ears.
Relax your arms slightly away from the body,
Feeling the palms grazing the surface below.
Support your spine and your knees and feel your feet resting on the surface below.
Take any last movements needed to find your final resting pose.

You may choose to send healing blue lights to the different parts of the body.
When you notice that your mind may have shifted to other thoughts,

Allow your mind to drift to a bright white light that is anchored just above you and bring the energy of this healing light down through the crown of your head,
Following the light as it slowly travels down the spine,
Through your legs and the soles of your feet.
Follow the light as it continues to travel from your feet through the ground of the earth,
Rooting you to the center of the earth.
Use this light to remove any energetic imbalances that you may be feeling or seeing.
Understand that anything that makes you feel unsupported is leaving your body and is welcomed away.
Your imbalances are cleared away.
Through this clearing,
Imagine a grounding energy that is pure,
Coming up from the center of the earth.
It travels up through your feet,
Legs,
And comes to rest at your root just below the hips.
Allow yourself all the way down to the cellular level to feel these grounding qualities of the earth.
Supported,
Solid,
Reliable,
Connected,
Home.
The wisdom keepers remind us that the energy that flows within our bodies is just like the trees.
When we allow the energy to flow through us from above and below,
We find balance.
When we remember and practice this recycling of energy,
We will reduce and begin to eliminate habit that waste,
Misuse,
Or leak our own life force.
With your eyes still closed,
Become aware of your breath and the pace of your inhalation and exhalation.
Notice the energy of your surroundings,
Including the ground beneath you.
As you widen your awareness,
Allow your breath to deepen.
You can pause the recording here and continue to rest.
Or if you feel ready,
Give your body a nice full stretch,
Pointing the toes away from the body,
Bringing the hands together and stretching the arms out overhead.
Roll over to one side and rest your head on your arms or your hand.
