This series will help you clear away the energetic blockages that keep you from embodying your most beautiful self — inside and out. Today we focus cultivate self-care. Whether you want to lose weight, enhance your eating and exercise routines, commit to new health-inducing rituals, or simply feel more confident in your body as you shine brightly and express in the world — this journey is for you.

Welcome to day three of my beautiful body,

An energy clearing meditation series to help you embody your most beautiful self inside and out.

Today's focus is on self care.

So how do you care for yourself?

How do you care for your body?

What rituals,

Routines,

Habits and patterns do you have in place that help you feel at your best?

Taking good care of ourselves can sometimes be a challenge,

But being able to engage in healthy self care is key to reclaiming our most beautiful body.

So let's get started.

You can come into a comfortable seat.

Bring your eyes to close and tune in to your breath.

Inviting your breath to slow down and stretch out.

Deepening your breath so that it begins to take up more space inside of you.

And as you breathe in,

Just feeling how your breath gently expands you from the inside out.

And as you breathe out,

Invite your whole body to relax.

Invite your body to soften.

Set by breath,

Feeling all of yourself beginning to settle here into the present moment.

This is the sacred domain of now.

The place where we can tap into unlimited positive energy.

Here in the sacred domain of now is where you can access and align with the healthiest version of you.

And it's also the place where we can begin to consciously let go of negative energies that stand in our way from expressing as our most beautiful self in the world.

So let's dive into the clearing portion of this practice.

I clear now all of the blockages and barriers keeping me from being able to see simple and easy ways I can up my self-care game and begin to build healthy rituals and routines that nurture the unveiling of my most beautiful self.

So go ahead and take a breath in lifting up all of these blockages and barriers and then breathing out let go of that negative energy visualizing this negative energy releasing into something that symbolizes to you that you are letting it go.

And moving on I clear now any resistance I have to taking care of myself and engaging in self-care activities that are good for me.

Alright so take a breath in this time lifting up and out any resistance energy that you have to taking care of yourself to doing things that are good for you.

Breathe all of that energy out let it go.

And moving on I clear now all of the excuses I employ for why I can't take care of myself like I don't have enough time enough energy enough money enough interest or enough motivation.

I release and let go of these excuses they're not serving me.

So go ahead and breathe in lifting up all of these different excuses that you may employ to keep yourself from taking care of you.

Breathe out that negative energy.

And moving on I clear now all of the resistance energy that talks me out of engaged self-care actions even though I deeply want to reclaim my most beautiful body.

So take a nice deep breath in again lifting resistance energy to taking actions towards your self-care.

Breathe out that resistance energy resistance energy is a big one it can stand in our way even when we feel deeply committed to improving our lives.

All right here's our next clearing statement.

I clear now my attachment to the rituals routines habits and behaviors that sabotage my desire to be my most beautiful self.

So take a breath in lifting up this attachment energy that keeps you repeating old routines habits rituals behaviors that sabotage your health that sabotage your most beautiful self breathe out that energy.

And here we go our next statement I clear now negative addictions that suppress my beautiful body and my ability to feel motivation to engage in a positive self-care routine.

So breathe in lifting up the energy of these negative addictions that suppress your beautiful body that take away your motivation to take care of yourself.

Breathe out all of that negativity let it go.

Moving on I clear now all of the negative and heavy energy that blocks me from feeling inspired to engage in self-care like depression shame self-disgust self-hate hopelessness judgment resistance overwhelm depletion and exhaustion.

Take a breath in lifting up all of this heavy energy keeps you from feeling inspired to take care of you.

Breathe it out let it go and you may want to take just a couple extra breaths for that one that's a lot of negative energy that we're lifting up and out.

All right moving on I clear now any blockages and barriers to my innate self-worth and feelings of self-love so I feel inspired to take care of me.

Breathing in breathing out clearing these blockages and barriers to feeling worthy and loved by you.

Let's do one more clearing statement I clear now any negative energy keeping me from receiving external support and encouragement to engage in self-care that will result in the emergence of my most beautiful body.

So again breathe in breathe out to let go of this negative energy that keeps us from receiving support from outside of us to engage in healthy self-care routines.

We don't have to do all of this alone there is so much support that's available to us.

All right great job with the clearing we are now going to activate positive energy activate source energy activate energy that will help you cultivate lots of good self-care for you.

So again you can just repeat these activation statements after me or just hear my words as your own.

I activate now personal power so I can feel empowered to make choices in my life that are healthy for me and encourage my well-being on every level.

Oh that's a great one so go ahead and breathe and deeply activating turning up the volume on your personal power.

As you exhale let the sense of personal power be amplified inside of you so you can make positive choices in your life you can feel empowered to make positive choices in your life.

All right moving on I activate now motivation and willpower to commit to myself and the self-care rituals that will inspire and bring about my most beautiful song.

All right breathe in activating motivation and willpower breathing out turn the volume up on those energies let them radiate let them fill you up so that you have the motivation you have the willpower to commit to yourself to commit to the self-care rituals that will support you.

All right here's our next activation I activate now source energy and my direct connection to source so I can use this energy to establish solid connections with people places and things that align with and support my self-care goals and intentions.

So breathe in this time activating source energy your connection to source so you can draw this energy in and allow it to support you in establishing connections people places and things that align with your self-care goals and intentions.

Beautiful here's another statement I activate now self-love self-worth and self-commitment so I can embark on a healthy self-care journey that feels good makes me happy and results in my most beautiful body being revealed.

Breathe in activating self-love self-worth and self-commitment breathe out let these energies expand moving on I activate now the energy of joy so I can be joyful as I do self-care and begin to uncover my beautiful body and healthiest.

Breathe in activating joy inside of you breathe out turn the volume up let that joy become bright and felt on the inside.

And let's finish up with one more simple activation I activate now my most beautiful self I activate now my most beautiful body so breathe in breathe out let yourself fully align with the vibration of your most beautiful self.

All right and let's take this vibration down deep into the earth so again allow your awareness to spread down to the foundation of your body.

Let your breath move down deep into the foundation of your body and then begin to send your attention through the floor beneath you into the earth.

Anchoring your beauty roots anchoring this new vibration within you that will help you engage in healthy self-care on a daily basis.

So that you can look and feel your best at all times.

One more breath rounding your energy and then slowly expand your awareness back up into your body feel your breath flowing in expanding you feel your breath flowing out relaxing you may you feel fully committed to giving yourself the best self-care.
