Feel your back against the chair or bed and say out loud,
I am safe.
Feel what it means to be absolutely safe.

Take another breath and feel the surface where you are sitting and say out loud,
I am being supported.
Feel what it feels like to be supported.

I am being supported.

Place your attention on your heart center and say out loud,
I am an infinite being.
Feel what it means to be an infinite being.

I am an infinite being.

See your energy expanding outwards,

In the present and future.
