Welcome.
You're with Anupashyanti,
And today is your chance to bring out your bold explorer self and recommit to the adventure of life.
When you reaffirm your decision to live fully,
You give your body permission and a reason to heal because you want to be here.
You know if you had wanted a vacation,
You would have incarnated somewhere else.
This planet is more for the adventure,
For the challenge,
And advanced level training.
And it is not always easy.
So wherever you are on the scale from loving life to looking for a way out,
You're just going to start from where you are.
That's the perfect place for every adventure to begin.
So you can get settled and find a comfortable position where you can close your eyes and really relax.
Put your burdens down for just a moment.
Place them to the side.
They will be okay without you for a while.
Now ask your heart to send all external energies that are not yours out of your body and field now.
See or feel them go wherever they need to go.
The space around you already feels clearer.
Good.
Taking a deep breath in and exhaling.
It's now time to bring your awareness back from wherever it was.
Back from thoughts about the past and future.
Back from other places and people.
And call it all back to you.
Right here,
Right now.
Especially if your body doesn't feel very comfortable to be in,
Whether it's from physical or emotional pain,
You may be used to spending most of your time outside of your body and not even realize it.
So really gather up your courage and your curiosity and start your adventure into the jungle that is your body.
Place your awareness in your head,
Especially in the back of your head,
And really explore what it feels like to take up residence in your head.
Pay attention to every part.
Your eyes,
Ears,
Nose,
Your tongue and jaw.
Even your brain and your scalp.
Be aware of any and all sensations.
Anything you feel in your head,
Just observing.
Not resisting.
Not judging.
Relaxing.
Surrendering to the experience.
Even if there's discomfort there.
Now let your awareness flow down your spine,
Through your neck and throat.
Feeling everything and resisting nothing.
And then move it down to your shoulders.
Feeling and relaxing.
Place your awareness now on your upper chest and back,
Feeling as your lungs expand and contract.
Say hello to your heart.
Your awareness moves down to your lower torso,
Lower back,
Abdomen,
Pelvis,
Hips.
Feeling and relaxing.
And getting a sense of the seat below you as it supports your body.
Any and all sensations you feel,
You are allowing and observing with curiosity.
Even if you felt the same tension or discomfort for years,
Observe it like you're seeing it for the first time.
Curious.
Not resisting.
Allowing all the sensations to be there just as they are.
Continue down through your upper legs,
Feeling and relaxing.
Exploring your knees with your full attention.
And then your lower legs,
Feeling and relaxing.
Bring your attention down into your feet with the joy of exploration.
Really feel the bottoms of your feet and all of your toes.
Then imagine taking your energy further down into the earth,
Bringing the bottom of your auric field down into the earth.
And grounding in whatever way feels most comfortable to you.
You can imagine a cord of light or energetic roots extending down from your feet or from the base of your spine.
And reaching all the way to the center of the earth and locking in at her core.
Feel Mother Gaia's loving energy come up through your cord into your heart,
Flooding you with love and support and response.
With your attention now still in your body,
Feel your whole body at once.
Just notice everything you feel,
Allowing it to be as it is.
And while you may feel more grounded and present than before,
There may be a little resistance still to being in the body or on this planet.
And that's totally okay.
So just with curiosity and loving acceptance,
Ask your body now,
What part of me is resisting being in this body,
Being on this planet,
Being alive in the 3D,
Even a little bit?
And just allow any sensation that comes up to be noticed.
If an image or emotion comes up,
Really explore it until you identify the sensation in your body.
It could be heat,
Or tension,
Or pain,
Or just a fuzzy feeling.
Whatever it is,
Don't resist it.
Allow it to be there.
And then welcome the wisdom held there in your body.
Speak to this place in you.
You are welcome here.
I open to your wisdom.
I am fully present with you now.
And stay present with the feeling as it moves and shifts on its own.
You are welcoming in the information stored there.
It's integrating into your consciousness.
And if it feels sad,
Or angry,
Or afraid,
That's perfect.
Feel it fully.
This is a part of you that needs your loving attention.
Do not waver.
Do not abandon yourself now.
Eventually you'll notice it starts to fade on its own.
As it integrates into your awareness.
And you have welcomed it fully.
Now you are even more fully in your body.
With even less resistance than before.
What incredible work you have done.
What bravery.
What courage.
You are a true adventurer in consciousness.
And you have explored the very depths of your being.
And come out stronger and more whole.
You have shown yourself true love and acceptance.
And you are so grateful to this body for taking you on this journey.
And for giving you its messages to help and support you in your adventure of expansion and exploration.
Thank you body for always being with me.
For always supporting me.
And for carrying the burdens I don't want to face.
Thank you for holding your wisdom for me until I am ready to receive it.
Thank you for all of your service.
For allowing me to experience this adventure of life fully.
I love you.
I fully love and accept you no matter what state you are in.
I love you because you are an expression of my soul.
And an intimate friend.
I choose you body.
Out of all the bodies in the world I choose you.
We have a reason to heal.
Because there is so much I want to experience still in this life.
I choose life.
I choose to be here.
I choose you dear planet.

For giving me everything that I need.
