Explore MeditationAngela has spent 20 years teaching yoga, meditation, breathwork, and holistic living. Ten of those years, she was living internationally in Costa Rica and traveling the world as a teacher's teacher, educating others on how to facilitate deep mind-body experiences, to feed the human spirit with connection, meaning, and wild inspiration. More than that, she is a wild-hearted woman navigating the complex landscape of a full modern life~while trying to stay true to the nourishment she craves on her own feminine journey. It is her deepest passion to bring the feminine back into our personal and cultural conversations and to create supportive containers for women to thrive~to find their way back into balance, connection, and better health. She believes that nourishing our most profound life is mother work, which requires tending to ourselves at the deepest level, so we can live with the sense of sufficiency, reciprocity, self-sourcedness, and true belonging to the Earth. Her highest aspiration as a guide is to open a door for the women to develop intimacy with their lives~to ground into a deep, unwavering, trust in their own capacity for direct knowing, liberation to feel what they know in their bones. and ways of weaving themselves back into a creative, collaborative unfolding with life.
