Angie Corogin

Angie is a yoga, qigong, and mindfulness teacher certified in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). For more than fifteen years she has guided people in practices that reconnect the mind and body through awareness, breath, and movement. She shares her practices virtually and in person (studio and retreats) and these include; somatic breathwork and TRE, supporting nervous system regulation and resilience. Rooted in evidence based mindfulness and an earth conscious lifestyle, her teaching invites you to slow down, reconnect with your body, and cultivate steadiness, curiosity, and presence.
