What if the problem isn't that there is too much to do... but that your mind is trying to hold it all at once? This gentle 7-minute overwhelm reset is designed to help you step out of mental overload and come back to this moment. Through slow belly breathing and a 5-4-3-2-1 grounding exercise, you'll be guided to reconnect with your body, your surroundings, and the present moment. By bringing attention to what is happening right here and now, the nervous system receives a signal that it can slow down and settle. You can do this in whatever position feels most comfortable. No props needed. Use this during stressful days, emotional overwhelm, work pressure, anxiety, or anytime life feels like "too much". Please note that this practice is not a replacement for professional medical or mental health care. Over time, this practice trains your system to step out of overwhelm more quickly and return to a grounded, steady state. Music by Bipul Kumar.
