For this 10 minutes meditation either lie down or sit down where you can release your shoulders and unlock your jaw keeping your mouth slightly open.

Looking back into your center taking this time for yourself.

You're precious,

You're worth it.

You are the designer of your own life.

And you're starting it from now on.

A brown new patchwork.

Might look a bit messy at first with all different kind of clumsy parts of your body but that's okay it will all come out as a new you,

A fresh start.

Thank yourself for being so brave.

Be bold.

You cannot ask a new computer to work with an old software.

It's the same with you.

Whatever worked does not work anymore and that's okay.

It's about finding some peace with this new you.

One piece a day that you want to renew,

To rewrite,

To redesign your life story.

The past is gone,

You know that.

And today you are the one who is in power to make a change,

To make your life brighter.

Wherever you are,

Whether it's in the middle of the night or early day or in the afternoon or taking a break from work,

Whenever.

Give yourself the time to have a break and make peace with whatever you want today,

Whether it's your memory,

An old pattern that you keep repeating.

Give it a smile to your old memory,

To your old software.

You did what you could.

There's no one to blame,

Either you or whoever challenged you.

Thank yourself and some of them for making you who you are today.

Working with the flow in the state of flow.

Coming into your breath.

If it's too difficult,

Some of you visualize a color or a sound or a number that you can repeat to yourself so then it gives you a focus.

Let's focus on the memory,

Your old memory,

Giving it a color.

Then shifting into a new color,

What is a new color of your memory?

Inhaling the new memory color.

Exhaling the old memory color.

How do you want to be in this world?

This is you,

Who is in power.

Choose a sound for today that you'd like to end this meditation with.

It could be a sigh like a hoooooowww.

This sound will remind you that it's part of the new you.

It could be a clap.

It could be a funny sound.

Whatever that brings back,

Your memory to the new you whenever you feel you're going back into the old.

Make this sound to come back into the new you.

On that note,

All the amour.

Stay brave.
