Your body,

A miracle.

You are a miracle.

Your body,

Sacred.

Your energy is sacred.

You are sacred.

All is energy.

You are energy.

Look after your energy.

Protect your peace.

And this is what you're doing right now.

Eyes closed or eyes open,

Bringing your awareness on your gorgeous body from head to toe.

Taking a deep breath in and out.

Feeling your heart beat,

Slowing down.

Follow your intuition and rest your hands where it's most needed.

Pretender,

Love and care.

Visualize the color of your choice that makes you feel good.

Breathing in through your nose.

Let your breath nurture your organs,

Regenerating your cells.

Let it love you as you are.

Being comfortable in your own skin,

In your own body.

Being comfortable with pleasure.

I allow myself to enjoy pleasure.

I allow myself to enjoy what makes me feel good.

I allow myself to enjoy living to thrive on pleasure.

Pleasure of making love,

Of touching,

Of being touched,

Of smelling,

Of hearing,

Of listening.

The pleasure of tasting,

The pleasure of seeing,

The pleasure of appreciating emotions,

Whatever they are.

Whenever you've got a pain somewhere in your body,

Take the time to listen to it.

The pain is trying to tell you something and most of the time we just reach out for the painkillers.

But actually trust your body,

Trust the process,

Listening to your body.

Treat this pain as a little child within yourself,

Trying to tell you something,

Needing your attention,

Needing nurturing.

Whatever you're going through right now,

You are in the right place,

Healing the connection within to find peace and to feel safe again with yourself.

Call upon your higher self,

Whatever that is for you,

And ask for help to heal whatever needs to be healed.

When an emotion is not expressed,

The body will express it.

It's very clever,

Resilience.

However,

A repressed emotion can make you ill on the long term.

That's why it's important to let it be,

To acknowledge it and shake it off the body.

If you notice when a dog or a cat had a bit of a fight,

They do have a body reaction of shaking.

Try it now,

Whatever is bothering you,

Flicking it out through your hand,

Splash.

Rub yourself vigorously to stimulate the lymphatic system.

The lymph is helping you to get rid of all the toxins in your body.

You want the energy to flow.

That's something that you can do first thing in the morning and last thing before going to bed.

Brushing off all the energies that don't belong to you,

The negative,

Slash,

Let it go.

Taking the time right now to rest into your lovely body.

Carishing yourself,

Gentle,

Making you feel safe.

If you feel like hugging yourself,

Bringing your knees onto your chest.

Whatever makes you feel comfortable hugging yourself,

Putting your hands wherever makes you feel comfortable.

And send it some love and some thank you to all those organs,

The liver,

The kidneys,

Your heart,

Your pancreas.

Your blood.

Spinal fluid.

Your bones,

Your muscles.

Your ovaries if you're a woman.

Your testicles.

Woman,

You're the most important person right now.

And your body,

Thank you for taking the time to honor it.

Welcome home.

Take your time.

Now go and love your body.
