This is Anne Gagnon Voices.

Today is a session on soul recovery.

It's important to be aware of how a situation,

A person affects you,

Affects your energy.

This protocol has been created by Natasha Calestremi.

This is from the book Find Your Place.

Trouver sa place.

The human body is very clever.

It adapts and sometimes instead of processing a situation or feeling because it's too much,

You repress it and on the long term it could create an illness.

You are here today to prevent rather than curing.

It will help you to feel whole again.

Therefore it will have rippling effects all around you.

It will bring you to the next level.

The most important is to have the best intention,

Letting go with love all fears.

You're in great hands,

You're here by yourself,

Feeling safe within yourself.

There are six steps to follow.

I will pause in between so then you've got the time to let it all in.

Let's start.

Number one.

Create a sacred space,

A quiet space for yourself.

Light a candle or some incense,

Whatever makes you feel comfy.

Sit down on the floor or on a chair or on the sofa and be aware that what you're going to go through is a very important moment.

Number two.

Call in two beings of light,

Whether you're religious or not,

To hold the space during this session.

Those two beings of light must be unrelated to your family just in case there are any resistance to let go.

Release your shoulders rolling back,

Your back,

Your neck and breathe in through your nose for five seconds and breathe out for five,

Through your mouth,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Breathing in,

Breathe out,

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Last one,

Breathe in and breathe out.

Number three.

Eyes closed or open.

Imagine the presence of those two beings of light.

Imagine their benevolence,

Their love that surround you.

If you can't imagine them,

Carry on.

It will still work.

Number four.

With your best intention,

Say out loud,

I thank the beings of light to purify all the parts of my soul,

Inside or outside myself.

I thank the beings of light to purify all the parts of my soul,

Outside or inside myself.

Number five.

Take a deep inhale and say out loud,

My soul,

If one day you suffered and you preferred taking some distance,

Know that I am now capable of welcoming you and preserving you in me.

My soul,

Raise your arms above your head,

Slightly bent on the left or on the right,

Doesn't matter,

And try to get in touch with the missing energies.

You might feel a heat or pins and needles or resistance.

And say out loud,

I thank the beings of light to place in between my hands all the missing parts of my soul.

And then place back your hands above your head.

Number six.

Bring back your hands slowly through your head,

Through your neck,

To the center of your chest,

Welcoming back your missing parts of your soul in the center of your heart,

Placing your hands on the top of each other on your chest.

Saying out loud,

I invite all the missing parts of my soul to settle down in the center of my chest.

Bringing your attention onto your hands,

Feeling the heat of your hands on your chest,

Breathe gently and say out loud,

My soul,

Take back your place in trust and in love.

My soul,

Take back your place in trust and in love.

Thank the beings of light that you have chosen and thank yourself.

You've done very well.

It's a big step that you have taken towards your own healing and the healing of your loved ones.

Be aware that you might feel emotional or have some aches or feel tired.

That's perfectly normal.

Be reassured.

Your beings of light will look after you to surrender and settle down into your new wholeness.

Celebrate yourself by doing something that makes you feel all yummy inside and make sure that you rest.

Listen to your body.

Maybe you want to dance,

Maybe you want to cry,

Maybe you want to remain silent,

Maybe you want to paint.

Whatever makes you feel good,

Do it.

Only repeat this exercise six months later if you went through another big shock.

Hopefully not.

I'm so pleased for you that you started this journey and be proud of yourself because you've done so well.

You've done so well to choose to nurture your peace,

To nourish the good in you,

To fall in love with being alive.

Remember to thank yourself and remember that whatever happens you are your own soulmate.
