This is an edited version of a LIVE meditation on Insight Timer. We start with a mindful body scan and gradually move into a deep meditation. This is a journey to your heart and you will meet your inner child. The (healing) energies are very strong that emerge during the deeper meditation part, so be prepared for some inner healing to take place. Many people experienced magical moments. Enjoy! We start breathing,

So you breathe in from your nose,

Deep all the way down to your belly.

And then when you breathe out through your mouth,

Let go of all the negativity,

All the stress you're facing at the moment.

So breathe in again deeply,

And let go again.

You can also visualize to breathe in the energy from the sun,

From the stars and the moon.

Breathe out and let go of all the tension,

Worries you're carrying.

Breathe in again deeply,

And breathe out again.

One more time,

Breathe in,

And breathe out again.

And then really relax your body,

And scan your body,

Maybe there are some muscles you're still stretching and you're not really aware of it,

Unless you now really focus on all your body parts.

Just sense if you're stretching somewhere or something,

And try to let go.

And try to make your body nice and heavy,

Like you're sinking a little bit in the cushion or the mat or the bed,

Wherever you are.

Then bring your awareness towards your crown,

The top of your head,

And just observe the skin of the crown of your head.

And then observe your forehead and all the muscles there.

Also relax your eyes,

Make your eyes nice and soft.

Relax your jaw and your tongue.

Also feel the backside of your head,

And relax your neck and shoulders.

Then go with your attention to the top of your spine,

And then with your awareness slowly move down vertebrae by vertebrae.

Perhaps you can also see your entire spine and feel it at the same time.

Then you go to your lower back and you end with your awareness,

Your attention at the bottom of your spine.

Then try to become aware of your legs,

Your left leg,

Your right leg,

And also try to observe your feet.

Then try to become aware of your entire body.

You can also become aware of how you are feeling at this moment.

Try to ignore all your thoughts,

Your thinking related to what is happening in your life.

You can forget all about that.

What I'm asking is,

How are you feeling right now?

So without thinking,

Without any judgments,

Just observe.

This is also a form of mindfulness.

Because even though a lot of things can happen in your life,

It's not necessarily the case that you feel like that all the time.

You can still at times also feel okay physically.

This is also what I always try to teach my own learners in my yoga classes.

To constantly do this practice.

To close your eyes,

Take a deep breath,

And just feel how you're feeling right now without using your mind.

This is how you grow body awareness.

Perhaps you can also sense that this is really a very beautiful feeling,

Despite the fact that you might feel pain somewhere now,

Or stress,

Or tiredness.

If you're just focusing on your own body,

It gives you a certain kind of pleasure in the sense that you are just focusing on yourself at this moment.

In the world a lot of things might happen,

But at this moment you're paying attention to yourself.

You're listening to yourself.

And this is what we all need.

And if you are in this position,

In this situation,

Life also doesn't seem so difficult.

If you're really close,

Connected with yourself.

You don't have to do anything right now.

No judging.

Just feeling.

Just becoming aware to get to know yourself.

And the next question I usually ask is,

What about your energy level?

How much energy did you use until now,

Today?

And how much energy do you have left for this meditation and the rest of the day?

And if this is new to you,

Maybe this is an eye opener.

And for other people it might be very normal that this is something you do all the time.

That you check in with yourself and you feel.

And that you listen to these feelings,

To the signals of your body and act accordingly.

Because feeling is of course the first step.

And I wanted to say not so difficult,

But that's not true for many people.

Feeling is something they're not so used to because they're busy with their minds.

But if you start to learn to feel more,

The next logical step is also to act upon it.

To point out your limits.

To express it.

That's usually something people also have to learn.

But for now,

For this session,

It's just for you to become aware of all this.

And also for yourself right now in this moment.

It's like you're doing a good scan of your own self,

Your own body,

And your own limits.

And now we will continue to move on a few levels more deep.

To connect even more with your inner self.

For this we will first invite the archangels around us.

And then you will also sense very clearly,

I hope,

Especially for the more experienced people,

That the energy around us will change.

That right now we're at a sort of mindfulness level,

Which is very nice,

It's lovely,

It's relaxing,

But we have the capability to go even beyond this.

So I'll quickly go through the archangels.

So from the east side we invite archangel Raphael,

And we think of the caduceus,

The symbol of the pharmacies.

And this archangel brings green energy towards our fields.

And then we move on to the south and we invite archangel Michael.

And he carries a sword and gives us a blessing with his sword on all sides of our body.

And brings blue energy towards the horizontal plane,

Towards our fields.

So we are protected already from two sides now.

Then we move on to the west and we invite archangel Gabriel.

He carries a silver chalice,

A sort of cup,

Which pours diamond white energy.

Then we turn towards the north and we invite archangel Uriel.

He carries five pointed stars and brings ruby red energy towards our fields from the north.

And then we focus to the cosmic world,

The universe,

And we invite archangel Metatrum connected with the great spirit,

And a geometrical grid will come down with beautiful energy from the cosmos.

And this will enter our crown chakra.

Our third eye goes deeper and lower towards our throat chakra.

And it ends in our heart center.

So now we have all sides protected except from below and the next step is to turn towards mother earth and we invite archangel Sandofan with the beautiful energy of mother earth.

And this enters the soles of our feet and it goes up through our legs and it enters our root chakra,

Our sacral chakra,

Our solar plexus and it ends also in our heart center.

And there all energies are combined and spreading in all directions.

So we are covered,

Protected,

Guided for the rest of this session.

And what you can also do is invite your own spirit guide or spirit guides and all you need to do is in a minute say will you my spirit guide or spirit guide join me during this meditation session,

Guide me,

Show me the way.

So just say something like this in your own words and then you just be very quiet and observe your auric fields,

Listen to your intuition and see what might happen.

And now perhaps you can sense that the energy of your spirit guides is coming from your body,

The energy around us is changing.

And then now try to become aware of your body,

Your physical body and try to sense the limits,

The edges of your body.

And perhaps it is already quite difficult to sense this.

And that is because we are slowly blending in with our environment,

We are energy and right now that is becoming even more clear.

Now go with your attention towards your crown chakra and try to visualize this beautiful white lotus flower on the top of your head and the lotus flower is opening up.

And then try to visualize that the roots of this strong lotus flower are growing straight down into your body,

Big strong roots and at the same time they grow around your body.

Like they are protecting your auric field around you and your auric field you can see it like a big giant egg shell around you.

And just visualize now that the roots of this beautiful lotus flower are also protecting you,

Also like a kind of grid.

And then you breathe in and then you breathe out.

Let go of any negativity,

Any energy of other people you are carrying with you.

So breathe in again and breathe out,

Carrying with you in your auric fields.

Breathe in and just let go.

Breathe in again and try to also let go of all the holes within your auric field where other people might connect with you and still part of your energy.

So try to visualize that your auric field is completely in one piece,

In a beautiful strong shape protected by the roots of the lotus flower.

Let go of anything which is no longer necessary,

Needed for you.

Just observe the energy,

The movements of all your cells around your body.

And then go towards your heart center.

Breathe through your heart in and out.

You can do this in your own manner.

And then it's like there is a door inside your heart.

There is a path inside your heart.

See if you can reach this door within your heart.

You open this door and you go inside your heart even deeper and deeper.

It's like you are entering the tunnel.

You go deeper and deeper and deeper and deeper and deeper inside your heart.

And then suddenly you are at a certain place and just look around what you see at this moment.

And perhaps you see someone in front of you.

This is a younger version of yourself.

And just observe what your younger self is doing at this moment.

What is your younger self doing?

Is it playing?

Is it sleeping?

Is it happy?

Or is it sad?

And is there perhaps something you want to say to your younger self?

And if yes,

Please do so.

And perhaps your younger self also has a message for you.

Or perhaps you are getting a message in another manner.

Because this is the time of the year to go deeply inward.

And this is a beautiful time to reflect,

To see how you have grown thus far,

What you have learned.

And also how this relates to your younger self.

Do you feel you have healed since then?

Are you on your way or maybe you are even far ahead in living the life you want to live,

No longer affected by your past?

Are you ready to move on?

Or can you see certain lines,

Connections,

Things which hold you still back until now?

And it's completely okay if that is the case,

But as long as you are aware of it,

Because this process takes time and it's not so easy to suddenly let go of everything which holds you back.

The most important thing is awareness,

To learn about yourself.

And to feel if you are on the right path.

You may say goodbye now to your younger self.

It's also possible you had to comfort your younger self or that you just observed it from a distance.

Everything is fine.

Always listen to your own story,

Your own desires,

Go with the flow.

And also feel your body.

And yeah,

The energy is again so incredibly strong and I feel so much happening in my body,

Like enormous pressures going on in my stomach.

And probably a lot of things you are sensing as well,

As this is usually the case.

And I guess we have to go through this again,

To let it happen,

To let the forces do its thing.

The healing powers.

If you are walking around there,

See what else you see in this beautiful field of your heart.

And this is also the place where pain and sorrow is stored.

And it might also be that this is what we are feeling right now.

All this pain which we are trying to get through,

To let go.

And these are also powerful emotions which perhaps not so easily let go.

Okay.

What is happening in your body and perhaps what you all see and perhaps you also feel pain or pressure on your heart center and strong movements and I guess that's what we need to feel at this moment.

Ok And perhaps there is somebody else who has a message for you Or perhaps you see very beautiful colours or other images And this is another new experience because I really feel a lot of pain in my heart and perhaps it's also pain from you guys which I sense,

Or which we sense together.

It's a really physical pain,

Like pressure.

Maybe something is getting loose.

Then it's time again to.

Say goodbye from this area,

This field within your heart.

To withdraw.

To go back.

.

.

Once you enter the tunnel,

Go inside the tunnel.

You come back again within your heart.

Perhaps the pressure,

The energies you were feeling is becoming a little bit less.

In my case it is,

Because it was really heavy.

It's good to thank all the archangels,

Sandof and Metatron,

Uriel,

Gabriel,

Michael and Raphael.

Thank you for joining us today and also please thank your own spirit guides.

You can do this in your own manner.

And then take your time to slowly,

Slowly come back again.

Please take your time.

Dank je wel Anne Een fantastisch gevoel die ik de gehele dag bij mij wil houden. Al snel voelde ik een enorme druk mijn borst gebied - zo 1 met mijn lichaam- prachtig hoe ik de diepte in mocht gaan… mijn jongere zelf ontmoeten- hij was zoekende naar het juiste pad en vond het voor mij / er is veel werk verzet/ en ik voel dat ik echt het pad nu mag belopen/bewust voelen. Zo dankbaar. We houden echt van elkaar/intens. De druk werd steeds minder steeds en steeds opener/lichter. Uit het niets kwam een gevoel in de omvang van mijn mond - nu wordt het tijd om te spreken… het plekje in mijn wang voelde ik steeds ( als een soort bevestiging) nu ook weer - bizar- Het voelde fantastisch- Dank Anne voor je begeleiding Namasté ❤️groet Henk 💠
