This is an excellent reminder and suggestion to see the feelings I have and not hang on them but let the go by like a leaf on a stream. I tend to jump in and sink trying to catch the feeling as I stay with it. Your suggestion is what I need to hear. Much gratitude for this short, sweet and on point talk. I will listen to it often as my feelings become large and grab/attach themselves to my entirety.

I appreciate this very much. With the holidays session around it is difficult time for me. This talk is a good reminder to feel without judgment. I will come to it again Thank you Namaste 🙏

I loved this. The part about the waves crashing on the beach really resonated. Your voice is so calming! Thankyou.

Simple but so profound. I believe that this model of thinking could really change things. The problem is, it is not as easy as it sounds in practice because the self narration is so automatic and constant. How long did it take you to put it into practice where you began to see change?
