From there,
You may start to close down the eyes as you prepare to mount into this soothing space,
Becoming aware of your breath as it enters and exits the nostrils.
As you continue to breathe,
Feel yourself letting go of any heaviness,
Any tension,
Any stress.
Breathe deep as you savor this restful release.
Now begin to lengthen every inhale,
Every exhale,
Breathing in slowly and breathing out completely as we start to welcome in soothing waves of complete calm.
Using the breath as the gateway to this peaceful,
Tranquil space.
Now taking a moment to mentally repeat these words to yourself.
As I mount into this pocket of peace,
I am cultivating calm and clarity.

Let these words massage your mind and ripple throughout your entire body as you inhale calm and exhale with ease.
Breathing deeply,
Mindfully and completely,
Delicately easing your way into this soft and calming space.
Inhaling calm,
Exhaling with such tender ease,
Floating freely in this calming ocean of perfect peace.
Feeling so relaxed,
Calm and at ease,
Savoring every moment of this restorative release.
Simply breathe as you continue to float in this soothing space,
Free from tension,
Free from stress,
Free from worries.
As you continue to melt into this pocket of peace,
You are cultivating calm and clarity.
And now,
Taking one final breath in,
Embracing all the calm you have cultivated,
And as you breathe out,
Feel that deep,
Satisfying sense of pure peace.
And as you emerge from this little pocket of peace,
