Transcript

Sitting up nice and comfortably.

Eyes closed or gaze down.

Breathing through your nose if you can.

Place your hands anywhere that feels comfortable.

Take a big breath in and as you exhale,

Relax your face.

Clench your jaw and allow your shoulders to drop.

Again inhale and exhale allowing everything to soften.

Releasing any tension held in the body.

Bring your attention to any sensations in the body.

Feel the points in your body that are connecting to where you are seated.

Maybe your feet or legs connecting with the earth.

Become aware of the weight going down to those points grounding you.

Let go of any thoughts that may enter and bring your awareness back to your breath.

As you become aware of the gentle rhythm of your breathing,

Feel how and where the body moves with each breath.

You might like to place one hand on the stomach and one hand gently on the chest to feel that wave-like rhythm.

Allow your hands to rest wherever you feel comfortable.

Feel the rise of the belly and the chest in the inhale and release on the exhale.

Without forcing,

Without straining,

Just feeling that gentle wave-like rhythm.

As we breathe deeper into our bodies,

Bring your attention to your heart space sensing,

Noticing every heartbeat,

Bringing life to every cell in your body.

As you attune to your heart,

You're allowing it to speak.

You're opening to receive guidance that will support your optimal self.

Now imagine if you can a beautiful glowing light,

It can be of any color,

Flowing from your heart space.

With every breath,

This warm loving energy expands slowly,

Filling your entire body.

Every cell is comforted by this light.

It fills us with love,

Compassion and an inner knowing that everything is going to be alright.

This love and faith helps us release all our fears and insecurities.

You are exactly where you are meant to be right now on this journey.

You are a beautiful gift to this universe.

Feel this love for yourself.

Slowly allow this loving energy to expand and travel outside of your physical body.

Allowing it to flow to the other people and beautiful souls in your room,

In your home and in your space.

Feel the love for one another.

Sit in this beautiful space for a few more breaths.

And this loving beam of energy expanding in size,

Leaving the room,

The building and connecting with your other loved ones.

Connecting to the trees.

Connecting to the ocean.

And now sending love to everyone in the entire universe.

Knowing we are all connected.

We are all one.

With every exhale this energy of love feels stronger.

Gently bring this energy back into the room,

Back into your body and back into your heart space.

Connecting you to your higher self.

You are tuned to your heart with greater sensitivity,

You are allowing it to speak,

You are opening to receive guidance that will support you.

You are allowing us for guidance in relation to your thoughts and feelings,

Your goals and dreams.

Listen to your heart's guidance lovingly.

And show its wisdom can be integrated in your daily life.

Now to reflect on your entire life's journey,

Both the learnings and the blessings.

Embracing all that you have done and been.

Trusting your heart to guide you toward your true purpose and meaning.

Now gently become aware of the rhythm of your breath.

Feel this wave-like rhythm soothing the mind.

And soothing the body.

On the next inhale allow your breath to travel from the heart up and out of your head.

And on the exhale,

Breathe from the top of your head all the way down and out to the soles of your feet.

Take a few more breaths,

Inhaling up from your feet to your head.

And exhaling back down.

Come back to your natural breath.

Slowly become aware of the sounds you can hear inside and outside.

Bring your attention back into your body.

Back into the room.

Bring your hands together in prayer position at your heart center.

When you are ready,

Gently open your eyes and become aware of the surroundings.

Feel the gratitude in this moment.
